After a few days, Rin finally left the hospital and is now on her way back home with her 'Family'. The car ride was quiet as the half of the siblings drove through the streets of tokyo, a familiar blue car hot on their trail with Ukyo driving.

No one uttered a word since that last accident with Kaname and Rin. They're afraid to agitate her and worsen her condition. Ukyo pulled Kaname towards the other car they had to avoid any dispute between the two, much to Rin's happiness.

Once they're back home, Rin immediately went to her room and locked herself up. The brothers we're stunned but it became normal for them. They tried knocking and inviting her out for a movie marathon or shopping but she wouldn't budge. They had given up and let her be but that didn't stopped them from worrying.

The only key for them to know if she's doing okay are the light seeping under the door and the sound of typing.

"Just give her some space for a while." Masaomi stated. "She would come out of her shell sooner or later."

It continued until sunday. She had missed school for one week and she knew she has many things to do, both academically and her work. She glanced at the pile of school work Ren delivered back in the hospital where she was admitted. Sighing, she glanced back at her laptop, feeling distressed.

It seems that the company needed her presence immediately.

FLASHBACK

She opened her eyes and hissed. She just woken up from her slumber and a massive headache hit her. She glanced around with sleepy eyes and landed on someone's back.

'Who..? Wait-!' She thought and her eyes widened in realization. A deep chuckle echoed around the room.

"I thought I told you not to show your face here ever again?" The doctor chuckled and she sighed, her nose all scrunched up.

'Katagiri Shintaro. Now you've mentioned it.. when was the last time I found myself laying on the same bed..? ' She thought and opened her eyes. Immediately frowning at the sight of the familiar ceiling she'd always greet back then. It was a horrible memory.

 'What monster he created.'

She glanced back at the doctor who was writing something on his clipboard, flowery aura surrounding him.

'still annoying as ever.' She thought and asked, "Who brought me here? Those imbecile bastards?" The doctor put hisbpen down and sighed.

"Your brothers found you unconscious in your room, burning up and coughing up blood. You were at mess when they brought you here. They were panicking and such." Rin clicked her tongue. The doctor remained unfazed.

"I kept telling you to keep track of your health, didn't I? Are you even eating properly? I did told you to sleep at least 6 hours a day. And that medicine.." he trailed off and looked at her seriously.

"Are you going to continue doing things that a "Normal" high school girl not supposed to be doing?" He asked and Rin snorted at the word Normal. When did she became normal? She wondered.

"Yes.. not until I make that man perish. " She said, gritting teeth, as she began seething in rage. The doctor frowned. He knew he cannot stop her nor can someone. That's why somehow he's glad her father let her join the lives of the Asahina brothers. Hoping that someday, they will be her salvation.

His gaze softened and patted her head. "You take care, alright?" She nodded rather innocently.

"Yes Mom!" His grip tightened. "Ow, Ow, Ow! Is that how you treat your patients?" She cried.
