I woke up in the hospital wing. My vision was blurry, but it was clearly night. As I woke Madame Pomfrey came in.

"Good to see you are awake. You'll be able to go back to work about tomorrow." she said

I closed my eyes again.

"It wasn't too serious. You don't have concussion. Just enough to knock you out. Also, your jaw is broken."

I blinked, my senses coming back. I touched my jaw. It was numb.

"What's the stuff on my jaw?"

"I put something on to make your jaw numb. Takes away the pain."

I nodded and tried to sleep. I couldn't at first. As soon as Madame Pomfrey left I craned my neck around to see if Hermione had been injured. She thankfully hadn't been. Reassured, I fell asleep.

When I woke, Madame Pomfrey stood over me. She examined my jaw. She sniffed.

"Seems fine. Go back now."

Already? I walked out in to the corridor.

As soon as I could I found Hermione.

"Hermione! Thank god you're alright! How did you..."

"Harry and Ron saved me. It was amazing, Harry leapt on to the trolls back and shoved his wand up it's nose, then Ron used Wingaurdium Leviosa and levitated the troll's club and then dropped it on the troll's head!!! Said Hermione so quickly it was hard to understand.

"Did anyone else get hurt?" I ask.

"No. I think we're friends now."

"Good." I say, then run off to find Harry and Ron, to thank them.

"Harry! Ron!" They turn around and face me.

"Thank you soooo much. For saving Hermione. For saving me. How could I possibly repay you?" I say.

"Get some sweets from-" starts Ron, who is then interrupted by Harry saying,

"You don't have to repay us, really. We would've done it for anyone."

I almost hug them.
