High School Internship

Chapter 1

Hayley POV

My Name is Hayley Fern and i'm 16 years old. I live in LA with my mum, dad and bratty younger sister. I go to Maxwell School and im average i guess, not popular not a loner. I have a close group of friends and a larger group. I have the sweetest boyfriend in the world Michael Breed. I enjoy dancing but i completely suck at it.

Ok i was walking down the school hallway to maths when a poster struck my eye. It was promoting work experience at Columbia Records. I was estatic and i took the form and ran all the way to maths. I found my friend Emily sitting down and I sprinted over to her. " Oh my God, Columbia Records is looking for a intern. AND GUESS WHAT .... my idols One Direction are signed there. I COULD MEET THEM!" I chattered, I was speaking so fast Emily almost couldn't hear me but she pointed out " you may not get the internship, but IF YOU DO ILL BE SO JEALOUS." Right then the maths teacher Mrs Cross walked in and we instantly got out our phones and started texting each other. The teacher never notices and just drones on and on.

After maths i walked back to my locker and found my best friend of all time waiting there. Lucy came up and gave me a huge hug. I put my books away and told her the news. We both just started screaming in the hallway, but people were used to us screaming and giggling so they just ignored us. We walked down the hallway arms linked singing and giggling away. We found ourselves in the front office, so we got passes to leave for 1 hour and ran down the road to Starbucks. We both order a Cotton Candy Frappicino with extra ice cream and sit down at a booth. I was surprised about how quiet it is, because everyone hangs out at Starbucks. Suddenly my phones rings playing Happily by One Direction, the caller ID shows Michael <3, I answer

Me- hey

Michael - do u have important news for me ?

Me - um yes .....

Michael - well u should have told me.

Me - i was wasn't sure if I'm going to apply but now I think I will. How did you find out ?

Michael - Well Melissa heard it from Emma who told Jake, then Jake asked me about it.

Me - haha, well gotta go

Micheal - Love you my chicken nugget

Me - Love you my mushy slushie

I hung up and Lucy and I walked back to school, next was Geography and I absolutely suck at it. I went in and sat next to Ruby, we quietly chatted while working on our group projects. I'm doing mine on Australia, I've always wanted to go there as apparently there are kangaroos in your backyard. I google some Australia singers and find Cody Simpson from the Gold Coast. I choose Gold Coast as my special area as it sounds cool and I love the idea of having 5 theme parks in my area.

School finally ends and I walk down to the bus stop and grab out my bus card. I catch the bus with Lucy, we mainly just chat and look for cute boys Lucy could date. Today I was sitting on my phone and we decided to take about 102 selfies, I choose a cute one and uploaded it to Instagram with the caption ~ Lucy is my life xoxo. I scrolled through my feed when something from @niallhoran had posted .... a selfie with him and Louis. OMG he's so hot it's stunning. When the bus reached my home I thanked the bus driver and ran it into my house.

My little sister Rachel was home and she ran into my room and yelled " MOM, HAYLEY STOLE MY CHOCOLATE." My little sister is so annoying like that, maybe shes a alien from outta space.
