Naomi tiptoed as she took her first walk in the woods. It was her 3rd Birthday. She grinned as she looked down at her 3 fingers she had up. "I'm this many now! I'm a big girl-" Naomi was interrupted by the sound of bushes rustling. She instantly jerked her head to the rustling bushes and spotted a tiny baby fox slowly limping out of the bushes. Naomi gave a quiet gasp. Naomi picked up the baby fox and ran home. This lil fox needed shelter.
Naomi's mother and Father agreed to take care of the small fox pup, but later realized this was no ordinary baby fox. It was a fox shifter just like Naomi. Naomi instantly spotted that she had shiny eyes. "We should name her Crystal."
Naomi and Crystal are best friends. Naomi forgot about Crystal's fox shifting.
Naomi and Crystal are sisters, though Crystal is adopted. Of course, she doesn't know that.
