(1) Open picsart. Tap draw. Tap add photo. And add your ready made book cover.

(2) Okay so start adding your fogs. On the first layer shown below, (1) this is where you will add your fogs, tap the color icon (2). Change the color into white. And lastly, tap the brush icon (3). Change brush into a transparent one.



(3) Change the size, opacity and spacing of your brush. Set as shown in the picture or play with it.





(4) Start brushing.
