Sofia's POV
I got home and mum wasn't in the kitchen so i proceeded to her room,then I hear her and dad talking in hushed tones.
I walked in and they looked startled.
"What were you guys talking about?",I asked,(trying my best to look brave).
"Uhm,nothing honey",mum said staring at the floor.
"Just business",dad added hastily.
"Didn't seem like business to me".
"Well,it is",dad said,walking out of the room.
"Do you need anything",mum said quietly.
"Just wanted to tell you about school".
"Well,then,I'm all ears"
So I told her everything excluding my small talk with Jack.
"Okay,I'll go now",I said standing up.
Mum hugged me,I was surprised but I hugged her back.
"I love you,Sofia,always remember".
"I love you too mum"

That night I thought of what they were hiding.
Could I be having sibling number two?.Nah,mum had passed the age.
Could they be getting a divorce?.

Could we be moving again?
