as you can see, he uses lots of blues and some pinks. he also likes to use lights lik fairy lights and have lots of bokeh. proffesionals usually use Lightroom CC and Photoshop but for mobile you will need PicsArt (or whatever you use for editing / blending) and you can have Lightroom for phones and polaar if you like, but this is not mandatory.
