Wolf (One Shot)

Full moon.

My most awaited moment. I'm craving for flesh. Human flesh. I'm craving for something to eat.

Full moon. The only day I could eat feastily.

Roaming around the forest, I kept on sniffing the surroundings just to smell something I could eat.

It smells like... human.

This would be a great one.

Following the scent, I saw a lady sitting there, looking lost in this woods.

Ugh! I shouldn't have came with Paigne! The smell of wine, the irritating music being played here, the not-so-beautiful sight of people making out here-Ugh! This is the thing about bars!

"Yexia! Are you just going to stand there!? Why don't you come with us!? Boy-hunting would be fun, girl!" Paigne shouted since it's really noisy in here.

"Oh, come on, Paigne! You know that it's not my thing!" I shouted back.

"Then why did you come with me!?"

"As if I knew!? You told me we're going to the mall! You didn't told me that you're going to bring me in this darn place!" Like what the hell? I'm pissed! She's irritating! Ugh! This big fat liar!

"Look, Yexia. I'm sorry. I just really wanna go here with Blyre. But Mom wouldn't let me if you wouldn't come with me. You know she trust you that much," she said sincerely. Paigne is my only bestfriend and Blyre is her boyfriend. No one treats me right in school except her. That's why I really can't say no to her.

"Ugh, fine. Apology accepted. Thank God 'coz I love you, you witch! Go with your Blyre. I think my work is done here since your Mom already let you. I'm going home," I said and picked my bag.

"Yay! Thanks Yex! You sure you're heading home? It's almost 12 midnight. You can wait for me here if you want. I don't think we'll take that long tho. It's dangerous outside," she said. Anxiety is written all over her pretty face. I can leave her here because Paigne and Blyre has a car... and they know the way, I think.

"I appreciate your concern, Paigne. Don't worry, I can handle myself. I promise you, I won't be harmed. Mom might be worried about me right now," I insisted.

"But this bar is located in the middle of the woods, Yexia! You can't just go alone! And besides... It's full moon..."

"So what if it's full moon? Do you really believe that werewolf rumors? Come on, Paigne! I really need to go home if you wanna stay here with Blyre the whole night." I was about to exit the door but she held my hand.

"Sorry if I was being selfish. I shouldn't have brought you here. Sorry I can't go with you at this time. Please be safe."

I smiled at her. I really can't stand angry at my bestfriend.

So this what Paigne was saying. I don't know where to go. I don't know how to go out of this woods. I'm not harmed but I'm totally lost! I was asleep on the car when we're heading here, that's when I realized we're not going to the mall but to a bar in the middle of the woods!

Maybe I really should go home with Paigne. Ugh! I have too many regrets today...

I tried finding my way back to the bar but I was too stupid because I didn't leave any traces!
