Chapter 42

Harry's POV: Louis was getting closer to me, my breath stopped in my throat when he pressed the cold sharp knife on my chest. One simple cut was enough to make my body move, he cut me few more times until I screamed, "Stop it Louis !" Louis smirked, "I thought you are stronger, but obviously I was wrong. Ok, I will let you recover for a minute." I sighed with relief yet still in pain. "Louis, tell me what do you want from me and leave!" He took some kind of a whip and hit me with it,"Harry, you remember that night when we became monsters? Of course you do, you left me there!" He screamed at me and hit me once again, "You know he would kill me, I was too weak..." I barely said, as the feeling of whip ripping my skin burned. "So you ran away, you said to everybody I'm dead. What kind of friend would do that?" Louis bent over me, he held me by my neck, making this situation harder for me. "What else could I do? If I told them what happend they would kill you, you know how they killed vampires." Louis let me go, but he raised a hand in which he held the whip and hit me again. "You feel this Harry? Do you? Thats how I felt when you betrayed me, even worse. Now, we are going to play a game, you will count every time I hit you and if you forget one, we will start it all over again." I prepared myself for horrible pain I'm going to face. "Ready?" Louis asked me. "I have no other choice..." I said and relaxed my body, a hot whip crashed against my back, "One..." Another one came along, "Two, three..."

"Twelve !" I lost the sense for pain after the ninth hit, "Uh, huh! You missed one." Louis 'warned' me. I heard him laughing but I couldn't care less. "One ! Two!.."

Emma's POV: I came home, again but Harry still isn't here. I went all around the house and found his phone on the bed.

Oh, that's why he didn't reply...

I saw a notification on the screen, it was about missed calls. Five from me and one from some other number I don't know...
