Epilogue.

3 Years Later,

My eyes widened as I looked towards the calendar.

Today is the day.

I look to my left and see no sign of Jungkook. Getting up, I hear noises coming from the kitchen and smelt a bitter odor.

I furrowed my eyebrows as I slowly opened the door revealing big puffs of smoke escaping the kitchen into my room.

"YA! WHY IS THERE SMOKE EVEEYWHERE?!" I screamed and covered my mouth. I squint through the smoke and walk in to the living room.

Which made my nose in pain for inhaling the smoke. As I looked around sudden hands tapped my shoulder. I turn around and saw Jungkook holding a burnt cake with a candle on top.

"Happy Anniversary!!" He smiled as a awkward laughter followed after. His eyes darted to the candle as his head nodded.

I smiled with tears since the smoke hurt my eyes. I eventually blew the candle and the mini event ended.

"Now, can you explain to me why there is smoke everywhere?!" I said while struggling to open every window in the house.

"Can't you tell? I baked a cake for you!" He spoke while closely following behind me still with his cake. I stood in my spot and faced Jungkook. I raised my eyes and crossed my hands.

"A burnt cake? Did you not keep track of your cake? WHAT IF MY HOUSE WENT ON FIRE BECAUSE OF YOU!?" I poimted to his cake and rolled my eyes. His shoulders slumped as he walked to throw the cake away in the bin. He pouted as he left to the kitchen and arrived smiling with a store-bought cake.

"Is this more suitable?" He held the cake in one hand as he cleared his pathway from all the smoke slowly leaving the house.

I smiled while leaning against the window pane and waited as he slowly came closer.

"Now, let me retry. Sooyeon. Happy 3 year anniversary!" He held the cake up to my face, close enough that the cream left a mark on my face.

I giggled as he pulled the cake away in a worried face.

"This anniversay should be more of a 5/6 year anniversary," I laughed once again and used my finger to take of the excess cream.

"Ah! That's right!" Jungkook placed the cake on the coffee table and left running to the room.

He came out with a smirk on his face and hid his hamds behind his back.
He took slow steady walks towards me and starting speaking.

"So you know I love you, right?" I nodded my head and smiled.

Step by step, he spoke again. "You do know, I want you to be mine for ever, right?"

"Of course, I do" I laughed and flicked my hair, teasing him.

"You do know I want you to be my soulmate" (wowdamn that sounded way smoother in my head. but nvm lmao) 

Jungkook took his final step and stood face to face across me. I look at him confused and laughed awkardly.

"What are you doing?" I laughed and pushed one of his shoulder. He laughed and composed himself to be serious.

"Anyways, you do know there's one last step right?" He tilt his head and raised both his eyebrows.

He slowly went on one of his knees and pulled a small box behind his back.

"You do know, I love you Sooyeon?" I covered my mouth from the shock and I nodded my head numerous of times.

"Do you want to be my wife, Sooyeon?" He opened the box and pulled out a ring.

"UH, FK YEAH" I laughed, tearing up as he held my finger, putting on my ring. I jumped onto him causing him to fall onto his back.

"I will gladly be your wife, Jungkook"

I snug my head into the crook of his neck as he whispered quietly to himself 'fuk yes'

I laughed as he kissed the top of my head and pulled out one packet from his pocket.

I look up and look at the packet, confused.

"What is that?" I squint my eyes as the object was hidden in Jungkook's hands.

"This...This is for later" I look at him while he winked at me causing me to slap him on the chest.

Man I love this guy.

So i thought it would be rude to leave yall hanging on just the last chapter. So just for some type of closure, I wrote about them just being engaged. I really hope you all enjoyed this. I enjoyed writing this series and I dhall see you on the next chapter for whatever book I post on.
