Hogsmede? Part 2

       After our lake adventure, Sean and I️ started walking to Hogsmede. "So Sean, how many butter beers are you going to get me? Because I️ think it was extremely rude that you JUMPED in to a LAKE with me. You are going to have to make it up to me." Sean just snorts and gives me a wink, " Don't worry, Green. I️ will get you as many butter beers as you want." I️ smile in victory and do my victory kick. Sean stops and just starts laughing at me. " Did you just try to kick me?" "Noooo. I️- okay so when I️ was little I️ used to do ballet and my friends and I️ would do a little bellhop kick for good luck." I️ look down at my shoes so he can't see me blushing. "What in the bloody hell is a bellhop kick?" "Well it's just a dance step I️ guess. I️ know it's stupid but it is sort of just a habit now. "He pauses for a moment and sighs" Well, how do you do this bellhop kick?" I️ look up at him and grin. " Wait, you want to know how to do my Bellhop kick?" He sighs " Well if I️ am going to be your friend I️ have to know your weird little quirks." I️ know I️ should be offended but I️ just pulled him off the path and started teaching him. " Okay, so when I️ jump I️ just click my heels together." "Yup" He was trying so hard, he was sticking his tongue out of his mouth like a dog just so he could concentrate and it was bloody hilarious " Um, Harvey what are you doing?" We heard a voice say on the path behind us. I️ see Mikey, a tall Ravenclaw,a Brunette with tan skin and green eyes. " Oh um, hey Mike.. I️ was just trying to scrape off some owl dong from my shoe." Sean says with a blush forming on his cheeks. I️ started giggling and he glared at me but I️ couldn't help it. "Uh okay, Harvey." He says . He pats him on the shoulder and leans down to my ear "Hey Haddie, make sure he is okay, we still need him for Quidditch." I️ chuckle. "Okay got it." Mike walks away and I️ turn to Sean who is just rubbing his face in embarrassment. I️ grab his hand and start dragging him to Hogsmede. "Come on, Sean. You still got to get me that butter beer." He shakes his head and grins clearly okay after the Mikey situation. "Whatever you say, Haddie." He laces his fingers through mine and now he is dragging me to Hogsmede.

Let me tell you, that was some of the best butter beer I have ever had and I didn't even have to pay for it! Well, now it's Monday and back to school functions. Today I have Herbology. Yay. I am completely dreadful at Herbology. Yes. I know I am a Hufflepuff and most think that we are the plant growing, potheads. Well, some of us are... I just excel in other academics. I have tried, believe me, I have tried so hard, but I just can't do it. I guess I just do not have that Hufflepuff green thumb, but Professor Sprout is very kind to me and lets me help clean and do extra credit to keep my grade up, like watering the Fly traps and putting extra soil into the Mandrake pots for the first years. I walk down to the courtyard with Cedric to get to the greenhouse. "Soooo Ceddy," I say as loop my arm through his. "How was your first date with Cho?" Giving my best eyebrow wiggles, which I know he hates. Yesterday, after his and I's tutoring session, which is actually me just saying all the wrong answers on purpose and throwing pieces of bread at him. He plucked up the courage and asked her out. He looks up and smiles" It was splendid, Haddie! I've never met a girl like her. She's has these amazing eyes and sparkling smile. Also, she is so intelligent, like yeah she is a Ravenclaw but she knows everything! She is just.. perfect." Wow. I've never heard Cedric talk like this, about anyone. "She must be quite the charmer bud. I'm happy for you, Ced." He smiles down at me with his Carmel hair hanging over his hazel eyes. "Thanks, Haddie. I just hope it goes well in the long run." "I'm sure it will, your a keeper man."
We keep walking and I swear I hear footsteps behind me. "Hey Ced, do ya- oof." I grunt as a arm is slung around my neck and dragging my body to side, unlinking me from Cedric. "Hey Puff." I look up and see that freckly, white headed boy with that perfect smile on his attractive face. "Hi Sean." He just keeps walking but loosens his grip and just rest his arm my shoulder. He nods to Cedric " Hey Cedbic, hows it going man?" " Sorry, I think you misheard me last time we spoke, it's Cedric." My friends says with a warm grin. " Nah, I like Cedbic." Says Sean holding his head up pridefully. I hit the side of the head and be just puts his face in the way of my line of view "He doesn't mean that Ced. He just wants to get on my nerves." He chuckles "Yeah, Okay Haddie. I gotta go. See you in potions!" He yells while running off and leaving me with this lug. "Hey Haddie, can I uh ask you a question." He says while he turns me to him." "Yeah, sure! What is it?" He rolls his head around fidgets with his hand. "Well, you see. We're friends and I was wondering if you would mind going with me to a event." I ponder for a moment and start slowly walking. "Well, What kind of event is this?" He purses his lips. "Uh it is this ball, that my parents hold every year for my birthday. And well I'm turning 16 and my mum is making a big fuss and said that I need a date. I was just thinking since we're friends, that you might be open to going." My mouth turned in a grin and I hugged him. "Of course I'll go!" I say into his chest. Dang he must have a good cologne because he smelled fantastic. "Wait really?" He said. He seemed surprised. I break away from the hug. "Why not, we're friends, it's your birthday,it'll be fun!" He gives me one of those spectacular smiles, he then starts looking around ,all around the courtyard. " What is it Sean?" I questions him with curiosity. He then has this light bulb moment. He runs off and squats down and then comes straight back with a yellow tulip. "Thank you." He says with a soft grin. I gladly accept it and start walking back to class but not before Sean grabs my hand and books, then continues walking the path to classroom, while I'm trying to hide my blush.
