She also has over 14 years of IT experience combined with office implementation and set up of local network and equipment, and has also personally supervised over 100 employees at a time.
For over 7 years Lynn Barling sponsored basketball teams for underprivileged kids and traveled with the teams around the country providing a positive atmosphere and became mentors for these kids and then actually adopted one of the kids into their home.
Lynn Barling has several successful online businesses and has been importing products from China for over 14 years. She is also expert in online marketing and sales combined with logistics specializing in supply chain management and shipping solutions.

Lynn Barling Helped to develop water well program for villages in Africa personally contributing 50% of start up funds:
Our first water well in Magara, Tanzania
We have completed one well in the village of Magara, Tanzania in partnership with the Hearts & Hands for Humanity.org and are currently fundraising to build many more. This water well has been a great success. It is bored at a rural high school with 1,000 people in the village. The school attendance has gone up by 50% and an increase of 30% new students are joining this school simply because they get to take clean water back home after school. New and better-qualified teachers are seeking positions at this school as well. This has truly been an astonishing project that has changed the lives of many!
