Upon A Lonely Bridge

I stand upon a lonely bridge
To glance above the
Mountain ridge.
My final hour will arrive
So Love & happiness
Won't survive.
The world is wicked
Full of hate.
Fueled by sin,
Where judgement will
Soon await.
To hell I say to liberty
It's non-existent.
What's truly freedom
When everything's
In misery.

My life was once full
Of happiness,
Not once I've thought
About loneliness.
Now Rage and sadness
consume my soul that's
Been filled with emptiness.

I can no longer fight
These inner demons
That taunt and scream
Inside my head.
The world won't change
Or feel indifferent
Once I'm gone
And finally dead.

Upon this lonely bridge
I bid farewell.
I close my eyes
And  plunge into my
Great demise.
