I got home about 10 minutes after I left Elton's and knocked on the door four times and braced myself for a slap but because my dad was upset, it never came. I ran upstairs and started packing my stuff into a duffel bag. I grabbed the bag and headed down towards the bathroom. It climbed out the window and started walking. With no where to go, no home.

My phone was ringing off the hook so I had decided to answer, sitting down on a bench in a park about an hours walk away from my house. The caller's ID was saved as Elt-y❤❤. I reluctantly answered the phone and was immediately greeted by a worried voice saying, "Ash! OMG ASH!! YOU ANSWERED! I'M SO SORRY!!! PLEASE DON'T BE MAD. I'M SORRY I DIDN'T TELL HIM! I'M SO SORRY! I UNDERST-"
I interrupted him, "Elton Castee don't you even dare try to blame yourself for this! Its okay! I have to go away. I'm sorry Elt-y but I can't risk it. I'll be okay Elton. I'll be ok" by the end of this I was crying but tried to hide it.
"At least let me see you one more time" Elton begs me as his voice starts to crack close to crying. I gave him my whereabouts and saw him about 5 minutes later. He engulfed me in a hug and we cried on each other's shoulders. I'd miss him most. I had feelings for him. He was the only good thing I had.
"I'll come back someday Elt-y" I said in between tears, "I promise."
I released him despite wanting to stay there forever. I walked away tears streaming down my face. I was scared. Scared for the future. I loved Elton now I may have just lost him.

|Elton POV|
She walked away and I watched her walking away. It hurt. I've loved her for years, and now she has to leave.
I drove home and walked into the house slamming the door behind me. I ran up the stairs trying to dodge any interaction with anyone. Right now I wanted to be alone. I held onto the hoodie tightly. She gave it back to me before she left. I gave it to her for her last birthday. It still smelt like her. I fell asleep holding onto the hoodie for dear life.
I awoke to see Corey sat by my desk. I sat up still holding the hoodie. Corey looked upset and guilty. It wasn't his fault. I looked at my phone and saw a news alert. It had a picture of Ash on it. I clicked the button to see that she was reported missing and it surprised me. Why would they want her if all they did was hurt her?

Then it hit me. They wanted to hurt her. I ran down the stairs almost tripping over but I just continued. I unlocked my phone and called her but a male voice answered. Her so called dad. I started shouting down the phone at the man as I heard her screams in the background. I put on the hoodie and ran to the car. I got in on the verge of tears. I start driving towards her old house. I reach it and run in to see Ash on the ground, blood oozing from her left shoulder. I look around to see no one. I pick her up and take her outside. By now I'm balling my eyes out and an ambulance is on its way. Ash opened her eyes to see me and she whispered something but I couldn't make out what. I layer my head on her chest sobbing until the ambulance arrived. They had placed her fragile body onto a stretcher and carried her into the ambulance. I sat in the back with her holding her hand and whispering soft soothing things to her despite the fact she might not be able to hear what I am saying. When we arrived at the hospital, she was carried away from me, I stood there in the waiting room, tears streaming down my face. I heard my name being called.
