My best friends best friend is my boyfriend

CHAPTER ONE:

Hi I'm Jordyn Beath but everyone calls me jojo. I have brown straight hair and my Bff's are Alyssa, Diana, Suzanne and Cameron. Right now I just got over the worst time in my life so I should start by telling you what happened.

So I was at school talking to Alyssa "Jordyn do you know how much of the liberty bell is copper?" She asked pretending it was a normal, everyday question. "I'm not doing your homework for you" I said as Cameron Dallas (my best guy friend) came up and interrupted "Hey jojo can I talk to you in private for a second." Alyssa silently mumbled "Maybe he will finally ask her out!" I gave her a 'shut up look' and slapped her lightly on her hip.

"Okay" I said sweetly and smiled slightly. "Come here" he said as he pulled me away in a quiet part in the hallway. "So you know me and Nash, Lux, Jack, Jack, Carter, Shawn, Aaron, Taylor and all of us" he said happily. "Yeah, why what happened? is something good or bad?" I said super fast and all in one breath. "Hey slow down let me talk. So we are going to meet fans at Magcon." he said sounding like he was gonna scream of happiness. I screamed quietly and gave him a huge hug for about a 30 seconds, I tried to pull away a little but he pulled me back into the hug.(I like him a lot and I know he likes me but we don't tell each other we just act like friends unless we hug or hold hands or something like that.) I love when we hug because we never lets go unless we have to.

The bell rang which meant we had to let go and go to class. "Hey good job! And I never meet them do you think I could some time?" I said "Yeah I'll pick you at 5:00pm after school today, if that's a good time for you." he said sounding hopeful for me to say yes. "That sounds good so its a date" I said happily and sweet with a little giggle.

As I walked away I checked my phone to see how much time I have until class starts, it was 10:55 so I had 5 minutes to get to math class. When I looked up I saw Diana running to me yelling "jojo, jojo!" so I knew this meant that this is either about a boy or a new romance book/movie. She stopped right in front of me to catch her breath "So Alyssa said that Cameron asked you out! Did he?, did you say yes" she asked. "He didn't ask me out, but he has............umm......never mind" I said worried that she might ask Cameron about what happened in our private conversation.

"Okay well I have to get to science class because its" she said as she paused to check the time. "its 10:58 and I might be late because its on the other side of the school." "Well goodbye and hurry." I said as I walked away to the end of the hall and went in math class. When I walked in there, there was only me, Celeana, Alana and Douglas. (Celeana and Alana are annoying and have stupid, fake voices and Douglas always hits on me.) I was thinking am I in the wrong class because they are in the dumber math.

Right as I was about to ask them that my advanced math teacher Mr. Rooterwine walked in right behind me and went to the front of the class and said "Hello all four of you, you have been chosen to make a math poster because from Mrs.Emerald (my art teacher) I heard you are great artists and I want to show the school our spirit for the math competition" I interrupted and asked "Do we have to make the poster or can we bail out?" "You can bail out if you want and if you do then we will replace you." he said "Well can I leave then?" I asked "Yes you can if you want so that means you have 50 minutes until you go to your next class so you can walk around until the bell rings."

"Okay" I said as I left. I walked around and decided to clean out my locker, I took out everything and put it in organized and added more things. When I finished that I decided to make my make-up look better and put my hair in a side braid. Once I finished that I checked myself in the mirror and decided I looked cute. Then I sat down on a little bench and had a bag of chips. Finally when I finished the bell rang and I walked in the middle of the hall looking through the crowd to find Alyssa, Diana, Suzanne, and Summerlyn, once I found them I told them that I got to miss class.

They said "I was lucky". Hour after hour I went to art, gym and social studies and finally the school day was over.

I ran home as fast as I could leaving Alyssa, and Diana. Right as I got through the door, I ran up to my room and started picking my outfit for meeting all of them. I wanted to look casual but cute so I decided to wear a tank top that was black and over that I had a pink see through top with flowers and sparkles at the bottom, and I wore a pink skirt that was a little above my knees.

When I put on my outfit I decided to put my hair down and I put on strawberry scented lip gloss. I ran down stairs and put on some pink flip flops with black swirls. I ran back upstairs and grabbed my phone when I did I checked the time and it was 4:49pm. Then right as I was about to call Cameron I heard a knock at the door and it was Cameron he was wearing a black T-shirt that said 'join the dark side' and he had a nice pair of jeans with a black belt, his shoes were Nike tennis- shoes and his hair was combed back.

He lead me to his car and opened the door for me. When he was driving he said I would love them! And after 5 minutes of non-stop talking (mainly from me). We finally reached his house and they were outside waiting for us. Right as I looked at them one of them looked at me and we had the 'look' (where you look at someone and they look at you and you have a 'spark'/ instant love connection).

CHAPTER TWO:

After like 10 seconds Cameron pushed me over to Nash and he introduced us then he introduced me to the rest of them and when he introduced me to Matthew I felt weird and I was shaking.

Then they lead me inside to grab a snack. They all went for the chips and air heads, pretzels, and other unhealthy junk, they were eating like they hadn't in 5-10 days. Then Matthew wiped the food off his face and asked me "Jordyn what do you want to eat?" "I don't know, what is there to eat that's healthy and please call me Jojo." I answered. "Well Jojo you can have apples or umm....... I think that's the only healthy thing here." he said. "Well I guess I'll have some things that are unhealthy. What is there besides everything you guys ate." I said.

"Then there is popcorn or chocolate or something else." he said "I don't like popcorn or chocolate so I guess I'll find myself something." I said as I turned around to look in the cabinets. I found pretzels, cookies, sprinkles and frosting. As I was about to look to see if they had ice cream instead of the other stuff, Matthew grabbed my shoulder and turned me to face him. And he said "what's wrong with you how do you not like popcorn or chocolate?" " because I don't know let me get ice cream." I said.

"Okay but I have one question." he said sounding kinda serious. "Yeah, ask away." I said trying to be serious. "Wanna hang out like Friday night or go to the beach sometime?" he said. "How about we go to the beach." I said "That's sound great I'll pick you up at 5:00pm." he said sounding like he was serious and silly at the same time. "Okay I'll be ready by then at my house." I said as he leaned in and kissed me softly on the lips. After about 5 seconds I pulled away and told him I was really really hungry. He helped me get the ice cream and he scooped it for me.

We went to the table to eat with the rest of them. They all looked over at us when we sat down. It felt kinda weird being the main attention. Especially to them because if im just hanging out with one then they might be thinking were dating. Everyone was having there conversations and I was just sitting there listening to all of their conversations. Then Lux pulled me to her and said "Hey, I hope you like all of us." "Yeah you guys seem fun to be around." I said."Thanks you too." she said seeming like I just meant her. "You know I meant all of you, right?" I said "Yeah I know, so who do you like?" she asked

"Why?" I asked "Because I want to know and I swear I won't tell." she said seeming kinda serious. "Do I have to tell you?"I asked " Please" she said. "Please, tell me who." she begged. "Fine I like Cameron and Matthew." I said sounding firm. "Why?" she asked. "Because I've known Cameron longer and I really like him and Matthew because...............umm............I don't know I just do." I said.

"Okay" she said. "Swear not to tell." I said. "Okay I swear and I'm known to not keep secrets." she said as she started getting up and running away from me. I got up and chased after her, we were running around the house until she locked me out of Cameron's room. I went back down stairs and left her alone upstairs. When I came downstairs every looked at me and asked what happened. "I was chasing her and she lock me out of Cams (Cameron's nickname) room." I said. Matthew said "Why were you chasing her?" "Wouldn't you like to know." I said.

"Yes, I would that's why I asked. Duh" he said in a sarcastic tone. " Well I'm not telling you." I said kinda sassy.
