The story of little Oliver, raised in a hospice, employed and mistreated in a funeral home, that when escaping from a thief, London is recruited by a band of thieves that does not recognize as stories, it is not a superb showcase of famous Dickensian creations (Fagin , the leader of the gang of juvenile delinquents, the thief Jack Dawkins, the murderer Sikes, the prostitute Nancy, the mysterious Monks, implacable persecutor of Oliver), but a magnificent and fast-paced story about the harassed innocence.
