  She strode in the middle of the two sculptures located on marble hall and luster sculptures; just like if she was the sun and the sculptures revolved around only her. Of course, Serena Heather. "Miss Heather, um I think this angle is better," Serena's assistant came along with her, but was it a good idea? She was always scared of her for the tiniest things like giving her boss, Serena suggestions or corrections.Serena turned to her, Maya, and stared hard, " you know what, let's try that." "Yes, Miss Heather..." Maya sighed in relief and scooted her nerdy glasses back up to make a quick jog to catch up with her boss, Serena.

Serena had just been twenty- five years old in present time and was kicked out of her house at sixteen. It was not like she was a bad girl, not at all. Back then it was mainly her smart mouth and smart ways that irritated her parents just enough to kick her out of her home. Serena was more than a genius; she knew that her parents could not raise and help her rise to the potential person she could be. That was one of the reasons she chose not to value or obey them. Serena was a bit unstoppable, not like a villain, but she didn't like that she wasn't able to take control of her future at an early age. At sixteen her aunt was made responsible for her, not that the government knew, but they were able to pull it off until of course, Serena had the age to make her own decisions.

Serena could practically be anything she wanted, she was an Instagram model and a YouTuber for two and a half years and was able to raise enough money to open her first business in the U.S. Her success was flourishing and she took action quickly to move and open her business elsewhere. She went to Thailand to make her career as a surgeon count by owning her second business there in Thailand.

Serena arrived for her own shift at seven twenty-five earlier that morning. Her patients in the ( second) "Mirage" plastic surgical building were a mix of genders. Her business grows at a decent rate, especially her business back in the U.S, that she decided to shut down for a while, she thought experimenting with a new location may do some good. Wait, but for god's sake, she runs a plastic surgical business! That is true... Her customers come to her for plastic surgery, but what the customers don't know is that Serena has the power to make spells and create a self- illusion for the customer. It means that only the customer has the illusion that she/ he had a legit plastic surgery. Serena's customers vary by gender and class. Here, I can narrate one of Serena's first customers here in Thailand...

" Bring them in, and you know the drill, Maya"

Maya led in four young adults. Right off the bat, I know that these adults and young adults have insecurities that always appear in their minds as if the insecurities chased them like their own shadows. The insecurities convince them that they should make a change in order to be or feel successful or accomplished. I get an idea of why my customers may "need" the surgeries as they tell me what they want to see in their futures. There was the YouTuber, the aspiring Instagram model, a single teen, and the aspiring beauty cosmetic business owner. At that point, this becomes a routine; I know that it will not be an easy process for both my clients and me, but of course, that was why I was here in Thailand furthering my business. With the experience I have gained in the last couple of years, the customers one day or the other find out that they never really had a surgery. But wait, there was a solution instead of having my customers sue me or something like that. Becoming the mentor of my customers played the most important role for the final "transformation" of my customers. I worked with the customers for a month each. Self-acceptance, a big portion of the "transformation", and it is part of what the mentoring covers, I may sometimes extend the time frame longer if needed. It depends on the customer, not one of them is identical to the other if we are talking about their inside thoughts, feelings, and so on.

The YouTuber only had a couple thousand subscribers and she focused on makeup. She wanted plastic surgery for her face, breasts, and butt, just like the rest of the female customers I was going to work with. She thought that the surgery would make her more recognizable and popular. Though Serena knew that the girl had talent, it was not enough for the girl to settle. The slow rate of subscribers put her down. After working with her for the second week, I noticed that the spells had progressively opened herself up to everyone with a higher energy level, like if now she was in fact alive. My spells were a boost of positive energy that people were drawn into, not to mention her social media audience.

The aspiring Instagram model wanted surgery on her breasts and butt. After the spell, she was more confident in her own skin despite the spells. Even though comments would still emphasize what " she does not have", she was able to think of them as the "haters" and moved progressively on as well. She was able to become a model for an online company and become a traveling photographer when she would retire.

The third client was a teenage guy that was transgender. His career boosted fairly after her spells, he caught the attention of the right guy, became a makeup artist and a continued to grow until he became a decent makeup artist for films. Her insecurity was that she was unsure if her true gender as a guy as aging would affect her makeup skills.

The last client was an aspiring man that wanted to branch out his makeup cosmetic line. He was insecure about what the worldwide audience might think about him over his products. After the spells, he was able to accept himself more and use his creativity to recreate his line with brilliant new products for the young adult and adult generation. The worldwide audience was able to look at his products instead of basing an opinion or thought based on the creator.

Would some call Serena's business a rip-off? Yes, it is not impossible for the number of people with the want for plastic surgeries to decrease, I work my best with my patients and work my way up. The problem according to how it looks like now, not everyone may be fine with accepting themselves and each other and the rest that may come with it. The purpose of these illusions helps the customers to slowly obtain self-love, confidence, women empowering each other, people accepting gender preferences. The outcomes bring in people into their (customer's) lives that support, value, and love them for who they truly are and could finally show their true colors to themselves and to others.

"Where should my next location for my next photo shoot be? Please, give me something..." Serena, sitting legs crossed and arms behind her body now touching the sand, waited for a response. Maya miraculously finished her call and responded, " We can do more shoots here in Thailand, especially the islands, or what about Brazil?" " Wow, I like the new and improved Maya. Anyway, I actually agree, we still have a lot to explore here in Thailand. And no way, I can't believe it, it will be my first time in Brazil!", Serena responds to Maya with a smile and thoughtful look. The readers may ask, "sand, where are they?" Well, I'd say that by the time it took me to finish this short-story, Maya and Serena were picked-up by Serena's helicopter and decided to go to Phuket island ( part of Thailand). Serena takes down her Chopard shades from her head and places them back on the ridge of her nose, without touching the sunscreen in which Serena had not missed a spot and says to herself, " I wonder if I could ever share my power, I think I can talk to a good resource of mine from Brazil. Wow, some things just lead to the next, do they not ...?" " Ha ha ha..." They both laugh in unison, in that moment, they cannot take each other seriously as how ridiculous and random it is to be on an island so swiftly.

Serena looks over to Maya, "Honey, would you take a break?! I have new assistants working their butts off right at the office". Serena takes a hold of her phone and dumps it in her Lana Marks tote bag. " How do you think I did with my patients? I enjoy that I am able to learn every day no matter what it is... now that is a job!," this time Serena does not expect an answer, she goes back to her journal and writes about it herself.
