It's their 1st wedding anniversary ziya was pregnant(but our reehan don't know about this happy news) she thought she should give some surprise to Reehan so she booked the tickets to Kerala ziya has planned that she should propose him on the same place where he did so she booked the boatel and she arranged the same decor that reehan did to her...
Reehan and ziyana were on the boatel reehan was curious to know about the surprise.ziyana asked reehan to cut the cake which she has ordered...Reehan was excited and he was full of joy when he saw the cake,because the cake was written with "Im yours reehan and soon we will become parents:) luv u lotzz:*he took ziya in joy and he kissed on her forehead with full of love....
