Erika POV:
I've lived in Michigan for as long as I was born, I graduated high school and went to college for business and that was where I met my boyfriend, my clingy and protective boyfriend who I no longer really have feelings for, but he won't let me leave so there is not much I can do when I am not sure what he is truly capable of. Honestly I don't know why I am so intimidated by Henry.
Henry POV:
I've got a hot babe, her name is Erika and I know plenty of guys could have her if they wanted but I was lucky enough to make her mine. She's got everything going for her, especially a good boyfriend. If she ever leaves me I'm not sure what I would do, I'm unsure what I'm capable of. She's already tried to break up with me before but failed completely-she realized she does have feelings for me and that I would do anything for her. Anything.
Erika POV:
I've decided the best thing for me to do is leave Michigan and start over somewhere new to me. I'm a model so I guess I could make it in LA? I don't have time to think anymore-I need to go I need to get out of here and away from Henry. It's the only way.
Henry POV:
I got to mine and Erika's apartment and saw all of her stuff gone and her suitcase missing-not even a note. I bought this place for us, I made her move in to better our relationship. Did she actually leave?
Erika POV:
I got on my plane as fast as I could and I told my mother what I was doing, for now she could be the only one who knows for everyone else's safety. I'm going to be a model in LA, things should be just fine. They will definitely be better than in Michigan nothing could be worse than that.
Jake POV:
I'm just a kid in LA trying to make it big-like most people in LA. Today I am hosting an event to find new members for my organization Team 10, my main hope for today is that I finally find an assistant.
Erika POV:
I got to an airport and got into an uber unsure of where I was going, but then I saw a billboard. The billboard read "Trying to make it out in LA? Come here today!" With a blonde guys face next to it, to be honest he is much hotter than Henry. Since I have nothing better to do and I need to find a way to start my new life I decided to go.
Jake POV:
Time to go out on stage. "Good Morning Everyone, if you didn't know this already...I am Jake Paul. I am here to help you all start out and become even more successful than you already may be. If you're new to LA I can help you get big and that's what I intend to do. I am the CEO of my own organization called Team 10. Our goal is to help social media influencers grow and become fantastic role models, become famous and successful and more. I help grow their platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and many other platforms, one of them used to be vine before it died on me". I drew an invisible tear on my eye and frowned with a giggle. "Vine made me but is for sure not what defines me. I don't need vine to be successful or determined, motivated. I just need the correct mindset which I would also like to help you all with. That starts with working out and getting swole".
Erika POV:
So the blonde guy from the billboard I saw before is much cuter in person and his name is Jake Paul. It has a really nice ring to it to be honest, but that's not what I'm here for. I'm here for a new start and I don't plan on being romantic with anyone for a while-even if they look as hot as Jake. Shit I'm already catching feelings...
Jake POV:
As I continue to speak I notice this beyond beautiful girl in the audience, she looks hopeful and determined which is a great mindset. I have to try and talk to her.
Erika POV:
Jake Paul finished his presentation, this seems like a good opportunity for me but I'm unsure of where to even begin. Honestly I feel a little bit of fear and it was eating me up inside, I think I just need to get out of here and try something different and less intimidating.
Jake POV:
I saw the beautiful girl trying to leave but I had to catch up, I need to know that I at least tried. I tapped her on her shoulder and she swung herself around, she looked so so scared. "I'm so sorry I didn't mean to scare you, I'm Jake Paul".
Erika POV:
"It's okay I just have a bad past, it's not you that scared me. Anyways I'm Erika, Erika Costell. I already kinda know who you are..I mean I was here to see you" I giggled.
Jake POV:
She has a contagious smile, I wonder what was so bad in her past. I blushed when she said she knew who I was but then I realized she was technically here to see me. I smiled at her and asked her if she wanted to get some frozen yogurt or something and she instantly agreed.
Erika POV:
We talked over frozen yogurt and we talked about our pasts and what we want to see in our future. Somehow I got so deep as I was talking into my past and I mentioned Henry, and then I continued to talk about him and a tear rolled down my face and Jake wiped it off.
Jake POV:
"Henry didn't deserve you, truly not many people deserve a girl as beautiful and sweet as you" I winked at her and put my hand on hers. "I know we just met and this may sound weird but I want you to be safe, safe from Henry and anyone else who dares to try causing you harm. What do you say to me being your fake boyfriend....?"
