Y/N's Theory Of Happiness

*Be reminded that Y/N is ten years old.*

Reader's POV

I looked around curiously as the woman brought me to the orphanage. "Here we are Y/N-chan, your new home!" The woman announced happily as she brought me inside. She told me to wait by the playroom 'cause she's going to call the kids so that they could welcome me.

After a few minutes, the woman came back with three kids trailing behind her. I saw a boy with black hair with green tips, an albino and a blonde."Okay everyone, Y/N is going to be the leader so please take care of them" The woman said as she left me with the four boys. I looked at them I noticed that they're eyes. it's like someone drained the life out of it. 

"In the three pair of dead eyes brought here

lie the pasts they have hidden from adults"

  "What's the point...we'll be forgotten again anyway " They said. I was shocked.I looked at their eyes...are they afraid?  I then grabbed something from my bag. "That's not true at all" I said to them as I showed him a book entitled 'Everyone's Memories'. "By making memories,I'm sure you I mean all of us won't be forgotten,so don't be afraid" I smiled. Then I noticed their lips cracked a small smile.

Reader's POV

After a good days rest,I was troubled about what would be interesting to do with the others. Being the leader again. After thinking,an idea finally popped in my head. I smiled and walk towards my closet. I grabbed my F/C cloak and a gold colored crown. 

I went downstairs and tried to find Gon and the others. "Hey,look!" I called. "What is it Y/N?"Kurapika asked.They observed me from head  to toe. "It's like you're from a secret organization Y/N" Gon pointed out. 

"Dyed in the color of death,lets begin

although we're just being little pranksters"

'As long as  all of you can manage to smile again' I thought happily. 

"Let's stay as a family today too

lets  wish for 'Happiness',no matter what

how sad will the future will be"

"Be sure to keep it a secret,okay?" I asked as I placed a finger over my mouth. They all nodded happily as we all played until the sun sets. 

After playing all day,we decided to go inside. I was about to go inside until Kurapika grabbed my arm. "What is it Kurapika?" I asked curiously. 

"Ano...can I talk to you for a minute?"

"Okay sure"

We then went to the garden and sat on one of the benches. "So what is the thing that you want to talk about?" I asked. "Y/N,I just want to say thank you for all the things that you've done to liven up this place. To be honest,I haven't felt so happy all my life.On behalf of Killua and Gon  we want to say thank you. You even manage to make Killua smile" Kurapika said as he smiled at me. "I-I don't know what to say..." I blushed as I looked away embarrassed. "Anyway Y/N,lets go back. I bet everyone's waiting for their leader" Kurapika said holding out his hand for me. I gladly accepted as we went back inside.

Reader's POV

I was making cookies for Gon,Killua and Kurapika. I placed the cookie batter inside the oven and arrange the timer to it's right time. I decided to look at some magazines on how to design the cookies. I was about to read the magazine until...I heard a knock at the door. "I'll get it!" I called. I opened the door and was surprised to see a man holding a knife. I was too paralyze to move. The man then pierced his knife on my stomach making me fall on the floor with a loud thud. I think the boys heard it as they came rushing down the stairs. "Y/N are you-Y/N!" Gon yelled as the man ran away. "Y/N are you okay?" Killua asked as he carried me and placed me on the couch. Kurapika quickly called the ambulance. "Y/N just hang in there..."

"Everything had gone out of order,but when I realized it,

I couldn't tell a single even soul" 

'No...no I don't want this. Being broken is just...'

"A world where happiness has ended coming" 

'Color of death,please,don't destroy everyone's future' I thought as a tear ran down my cheek. 

"Keeping it hidden with a lie

If I had the Eyes of The Dead,

Could I save Gon's Future?

Could I save Killua's Future?

Could I save Kurapika's Future?

Could I save Everyone's Future?"

Reader's POV 

I opened my eyes and was surprised to see the color white. 'Am I in heaven?' I thought as I looked around. 

'Oh it's just the hospital' 

I looked at my right to see Killua sleeping. I also found Gon and Kurapika sleeping by the chair that the hospital provided. Now that I think about this...it's time for the organization to have a new leader.

"It's miserable,its awkward and

 a lonely plan"

"Now that I'm gone

I wonder if that secret organization 

is still smiling and living together? 

They'll definitely scold me

but...

was I able to be a good 'leader'?"

"Let's try to remember,

that what I loved,

'happiness' is such a mysterious thing

so I hope you can love tomorrow"
