The sky was beautiful, the dark blue was slowly changing into a light color as the sun started to make its appearance.

She was thankful that her apartment had a balcony that overlooked the city. The city life never bothered her, the car lights and glow from the buildings and billboards brought a sense of comfort to her.

Turning up her music, she relaxed leaning against the railing of the balcony. The stars slowly growing dim as the sky brightened minute by minute.

A small smile appeared on his face as he looked over at his neighbor. He always wondered as to why she stood outside at such random hours. None the less, he loved the view of her. He would never admit it of course, they were neighbors. The most they've ever talked about was how boring the apartment meeting was. That never seemed to stop his wondering eyes. Her delicate features and smooth voice is what enchanted him. Her personality and how she helped almost everyone. He only stood back and watched, too shy to say anything, not wanting to embarrass himself.

But now was different, maybe it was the vibe she was giving off or the lack of sleep in which he was getting the last few days. He stood up from his small outdoor chair, leaning against the railing closer to her.

"You really should be sleeping."

"You should be too jungkook."

A warmth spread across his face, leaving a small dusting of red along his cheeks and the tips of his ears.
"She remembers my name."
He thought to himself.

"How about this, if you go to bed, I'll bring you some food in the morning?" He offered.

"It is morning, and why don't we just go out now? It's beautiful out, plus it's not busy." She replied, turning her music off she looked over at her neighbor offering a reassuring side smile.

He nodded his head, "sounds like a deal, I'll meet you down in the lobby in five." He stated walking back into his apartment. Leaving her out there alone.

Chuckling quietly, she shook her head wondering where her shy neighbor went. Not complaining about the ordeal that just happened, she felt happy. Maybe now she might have a 4 a.m buddy.
