Name: Celeste Bello

Appearance: Celeste is very tall and rather skinny. Compared to her body her hands are rather large. Her most defined trait are her eyes, a burning ember color that can have a way to make you feel her stare is pouring into your soul, as that is what is happening. She has raven black hair that comes past her shoulders in length.

Human or spirit: Witch

Centre (if spirit): Deception

Abilities (if spirit): Celeste has the abilities of anything that could deceive anyone. She can make Hallucinations and delusions take form from other people's minds making them slightly reality, the only catch being that they must believe the lie for it to stay. You have two choses to either see the lie or see through the lie. Celeste also can see important parts of you through your eyes, "if eyes are windows to the soul then for Celeste it's a window of opportunity" She uses important remnants from what she can see in your eyes to use against you when it benefits her.

Clothing: Celeste can most of the time be found wearing a black skin tight black top (no sleeves) with a silvery design of a web covering the entirety. The bottom of her dress is currently just a shredded mess of skirt of which also takes on the color black as well. The shreds moving with her walk in a light and dream like state. She wears long heeled boots in which she most commonly keeps her throwing knives.

Weapons: besides using her abilities to fool people, she has the most uncanny way with knives. She is a master knife thrower from her years in the circus business and she has applied that skill into her field work.

Tendencies for good, evil or neutral: Celeste has her own agenda most of the time, though most would consider her a very Evil being.

Many believers (if spirit): Celeste's powers don't so much as come from the belief in her, but in lies. Making her a very powerful being, she doesn't really need believers to be seen for she is not a Spirit, but not completely human.

Family (current relatives inadvisable if a spirit): None, currently. But she did have some family in her past

How do they feel about being a spirit (do I really have to say 'if spirit'?): Celeste is a Witch, and she is killing it hard core.

Back story (their past):

Celeste, started out living in Italy. Her Father a Drunkard. Her mother secretly a witch as well. Her sister a naive pretty little fool, who was about the closet to Celeste, she might have been foolish, but she knew what love was, unlike her parents. Celeste ran away from home when she was 17. Joining the circus she left behind her old life and started a new. After spending so many years in the circus doing her knife throwing act, she began to tire of her employers constant attempts to swoon her and they soon became more terrifying and obsessive of complete control. She ran away rom the circus shortly after. She found her way to Spain where she was introduced into her life a whole new sense of emotion that she had never felt towards a person. Living a wild child and passionate life she learned how to dance and let her past fall to the ground. After giving her complete trust to him she found out that he had been cheating on her with another woman. She left that life and started over again, this time meeting Cupid, who was her shoulder to cry on the first person in her life that she could become true friends with. Cupid wanting a deeper relationship in secret all the while. She began to experiment and find herself on a whole new level, pushing herself to new extremes, even if that involved the torture of others, humans and spirits included. Cupid told her many times that she needed to stop what she was doing but she never listened to him, she found that the only place she could leave her trust was with herself. After tiring of Cupid and finding living in Europe was becoming too much to bear, she left on the next ship to America as the idea became increasingly popular. She settled in Virginia slowly but steadily making her mansion the place it is today, her experimenting only continuing and growing. She soon felt confident in her power, she took it outside the walls of her home at first only causing mischief, but soon enough it was taking an ugly turn for the worst. The Guardians were soon called in to handle the problem, but she was a bigger deal than they realized, North under estimating her most of all. Falling for her deceitful charm he grew a fondness for her, in which she gained much power from. Her down fall, they met in the woods, North knew where his duty belonged and he found out about her facade before hand. After a little chat and some magic hand cuffs Celeste was brought to the workshop to be judged for her crimes. deep down knew that she was to go to the prison planet. But when she arrived at the workshop, she was greeted with every legend that she had ever effected, each one keen on seeing her be taken away or killed. Except for one. Cupid heard of the events taking place and he flew there quicker than light to try to save her, when he got there it was just before judgment time. He stopped the trial and offered that she be kept on the planet and in his Palace in the clouds in a sort of Asylum. His argument being that if she wasn't completely out of her mind she would never have done the things she has done. The man in the moon, being a forgiving man, let Cupid have his wish. Celeste was taken to his palace in the clouds (France). Where she was locked up using magic that Ombrik created just for her. She spent many years, of which felt like a thousand years. And brings us into present day after an event with the guardians and a certain boogieman, Pitch, "The Nightmare King" went to Cupid's palace freeing the witch for his own selfish and scheming purposes. To which has lead him on the most interesting path he has ever gone down. Celeste has brought back her deceitful ways and is more cunning than ever.

Thoughts on the Guardians + Manny +: "They locked me up in an Asylum, I won't be so kind when I get my way with them." "And as for manny, if he ever so much as takes a step on this planet, I will twist his mind with pleasure. He will have so many bad hallucinations that he will think he has schizophrenia."

Thoughts on pitch: "Pitch, well let's just say he hasn't tried to kill me yet, so I think we are on pretty good terms."
