Look up to God, He'll give you strength from within...
You're haunted by your Past? ...
I know it seems like the pain ain't gonna pass...
I tell you, look up to God for His throne is a fountain where peace and joy is dispensed...
If you quit whenever things start getting tough...
You'll Start to see quitting, as a way to get out of stuff...
Now you'll find it difficult to complete a thing...
Is this the type of person you see yourself being?..
Next time you want to quit, think who you want to be...
Quitters never win, I want more than this for thee...
And I realize you may be scared, that you can't see it through...
But I'm here to tell you, you can, do anything you put your mind to...
Now I'm not saying it'll be easy...
But listen,
When things go wrong, as they sometimes will...
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill...
Don't give up though the pace seems slow...
You may succeed with yet another blow...

For those of you who've been hurt so bad by that friendship which turned out to be betrayal...
The pain cut so deep, now you're suicidal...
Now you just wanna block the world out..
Giving up might seem to be the easy way out...
At this point, you stare at the blade and it looks pleasing...
Before you cut deep, just know this ;
When your breath starts ceasing...
You'll realise all the things you could've achieved, if only you'd tried one more time...
Regret sets in, now there's no way to go back in time...
And,
Try to set it right, all the struggles and all the tears has all being in vain...
Hell, I can't think of a greater pain..
Then this;
Often the goal is nearer than,
It seems to a faint and faltering man...
Often the struggler has given up,
When he might have captured the victor's Cup...
And he learned too late when the night came down...
How close he was to the golden crown...
