How did you feel about Hawkwing's story?

A/N: Okay, listen carefully, because there is a reason I chose this question.

There is a writing contest coming up, where you have to write about a certain book. It's not like a book report, where you explain every little detail that happened, it's more like your having a personal conversation with an author of your choice whom wrote a book of your choice.

I decided to enter, because a writing contest sounds fun. All my teachers, my parents, my siblings, and my friends think I'm "destined" to be a great author in the future. I chose the book "HawkWing's Journey" by Erin Hunter.

Now, I've won a poem contest before for Veterans Day, so I know the expectations and I know correct grammar. But this isn't a contest for fun, or for a small plastic trophy or anything.

This contest is for one thousand dollars.

And this competition isn't only for the fellow students at my school, it's for everybody in the district, I believe. And I am SUPER worried that I don't stand a chance against other participants of my grade.

So please, wish me luck, because I'm going to need it. All entries are due on November 20, and I have just finished typing mine and am in the process of editing. Thanks for considering to read this!
