Azule's POV

After getting the very much alive Annabeth into the infirmary where Will said she'd live and was unsure how she was alive.

So, we waited, me going back to teaching the small kids, making sure they got lunch. Thalia helping me teach them and more. Will taking care of the twins as he watched over Annabeth who I worried for.

She was alive. And if she dies again....It'll be like ripping apart of my heart all over again.

I sighed as I walked back o the infirmary, where I found the twins helping Will with Annabeth.

"Come on you two, time to go to dinner then bed." I said as I looked at them.

They smiled and ran off to the pavilion where Thalia was getting everyone to be calm as they were really energetic kids.

"You coming or staying here to watch over Annie?" I said, as I looked at the much better looking blonde on the bed.

Will shook his head. "No. I won't be, mind just doing what you do best and what not." He asked with a smile.

I nodded. "Sure." With that I created a plate of his favorite pizza and a soda in a cup, putting it on his desk.

"Thanks Azule." He said as he changed the bandages of Annabeth.

I nodded and went to leave hesitating just for a moment then left.

I smiled as I ticked the twins and Maria to bed. They had a tough day, ever though the twins weren't allowed to hold swords, I did teach them to fight and pick locks and stuff.....anyway, after tucking them in, I went to the pier connected to our cabin and sat on the edgo, the fish quiet as they knew I was in a mood.

I sighed quietly as I watched the waves ripple and sparkle softly from the large moon out at the moment. I heard a soft flapping and looked up to see a glowing green butterfly that was coming at me till it landed on my head. I giggled at it and grabbed it carefully as it turned to a letter that Loki has sent.

I opened it to read it quietly to myself.

Dear My Butterfly
I'm sorry I was late on responding, ever since I have gotten home I have been busy working on the bifrost so we can visit once more.

I am glad that you have been safe and that none of your friends have died, this must mean they are indeed alive somewhere.

Which just leaves the questions of where they are and who has taken them.

I sighed as I read it, quite frustrated with the answers that never seemed to come.

I put the paper beside me and made a letter appear in my hand and read it over with the things I had wanted to say, before turning it into a white butterfly and sending it to Loki.

It was a couple days later when I was sent over to the infirmary where Nico, having come back from the underworld had came to tell me that Annabeth was indeed awake.

I ran in, Twins, Maria and Nico behind me.

I saw Annabeth up and talking to Will.

"Annie!" I said laughing as she turned to glare at me before her face went into a smile.

I gave her a hug careful of her wounds, and she hugged back tightly.

"What happened, the last things I remember was dying I Percy's arms and then waking in a cell, escaping and coming here." She said as she looked extremely confused. "Will said to wait for you to explain."

I sighed and glared at him, as the twins came in with Maria and Nico.

"First of all, you did die. You were dead for 6 years. Lately ever since the war demigods, minor gods and all of the original council have gone missing. Even the dead demigods have been going missing from the underworld, you being one of them. And now your here, alive." I said as I watched her pale slightly.

She blinked then looked at Kaius and Casey that were staring at her awkwardly and curious of the teen.

"They..." I nodded as she started to sprout tears. "Oh gods...." She said as she looked at them. "They really look like a good picture of us." She said.

"Casey, Kaius, come here." I said and motioned them to come closer.

They did so. "Hi." They said shyly.

"Twins, your mom, Annabeth, Annabeth, Kaius, and Casey." I said as the twins jaws dropped.

"Your our mom!?!" They yelled eyes sparkling, then they turned to me. "Wait, is that why you always corrected us when we tried calling you mom?"

I nodded, and Annabeth looked confused. "When you um, were gone, Percy couldn't handle all the stress and the idea of you being gone so be left me with the twins, letting me name them as they hadn't been named and he was coming up with names like Bob. So yeah. I've been raising them since forever." I said as the twins smiled up at me and me at them.

"Thanks. I'm sure they grew up right in your arms as well." She said smiling as she looked at us.

I smiled back. "They should go get ready to eat with the rest and Thalia. Nico, take them and Maria please?" I asked as I shooed the protesting 6 year olds off to eat.

"Sure." Nico said and led them away.

I turned back to Annabeth who was begging for more details, so, I spilled.

Facts- Azule middle name came from Chaos and not his mother or biological father. The name Blue came from the color of his eyes as Chaos thought it would be best
