I remember her final words to me.
"I love you, Zachary."
And she was gone. *snap*
Death came like a thief in the night and took her...
I was forsaken.
Armor wrought, soul extinguished and death closing in around me there was no light...
but then? a shimmer.
like the moon light reflecting off the waters on a cool, mysterious night ...
she came to me.
her beauty unending, her grace abounding.... her love consuming.
Death at once retreated as the beauty of an angel filled my lungs and heart!
It would take time to recover my losses to death ... but I held in my hand the hand of life itself and none could stop me!
And in those days we stood in the Garden at Eolia... at Harkness...
and she held me....
Until I could stand again.
