Dead L x reader x Yandere! Light part 2
I opened my eyes to regret. I looked at usual chains tightning my hands and legs. It seemed like I was just waking up in the morning, to die every moment. I got up of my bed and looked around. It seemed like nothing had changed. Nothing in those 6 months. I was just dying everyday. My days got fixed schedule as a prisoner. It was about time. The door opened and Light entered.
"Hey darling...good morning." he said with cheerful voice. He got some breakfast for me which he placed near me.
"Good morning dear." I said with almost no energy. It was my job as his maid.
"Well, I'm sorry I can't feed you today. M getting late for my office. So I'm leaving now. Bye dear. I'll miss you. I love you darling." he waved hand at me so did I. "I love you too dear." those fake words didn't bother me much since I got habituated with it. And then Light left leaving me behind for whole day. I usually sit around doing nothing but today was different. Today's situation made me cry. Because today was my birthday and no one was there. I only wished for one person, L. Why? I want to see him. I didn't take my breakfast as I was unable to do so. I kept staring at those chains. I was hungry but I didn't care. All I could think of was about L. I was missing him so badly. Crap, there was nothing to commit suicide. Why the hell is Light so smart? But I had decided something in this prison that I WILL KILL LIGHT FOR ME AND L. I just want him to pay. I want my revenge. I had storm of thoughts in my head when the whether started to change. The black clouds covered the sky and heavy rain started falling on hard ground. The lightning glowed in the sky as I looked out of the window. But wait, I felt like someone was there. I turned my face and I could see a figure standing there as I screamed in fear. I was shaking horribly. Is it my death ? No...in reality, it was my life. After as while whether got back to normal as I calmed myself down. What was with that figure? I thought to myself.
"(Y/n)"
I heard someone calling my name but no one was there in the room. I was scared. Again the same voice called out my name.
"(Y/n)"
That voice. I know it. That voice brought back tears in my eyes as I recognised it. "L" was the only word I could say at that time.
"I'm sorry (Y/n)." he calmly said.
"For what?" I asked innocently. All of that was happening because of Light. It wasn't his fault at all.
"For leaving you alone." his warm voice made me smile. I was smiling for the first time in 6 months.
"Nope...it's your fault. But L..." he hummed in reply. "I can't see you." I said with sorrow in my voice. He might have no idea how desperate I was to see him but he also had some limitations. "You will see me when it's right time. I love you (Y/n)"
"I love you too L" I said and then silence covered the room.
"L" I called out his name twice or thrice but I didn't get any reply. He left !?
But that day I was so happy. I was so happy that I could talk to L. And now I'm looking forward to that time when I will be able to see him and touch him. I will hug him tight.
I was tired of waiting for L to show up again. I couldn't know when I felt asleep again. I was waken up by sound of door opening. Wait, it wasn't usual time for Light to come home. I got up and looked at door with curiosity in my eyes. The door opened and I could see a person with white hair. I blinked my eyes in surprise. Now who the hell is he? He was holding a domino and when he saw me, he said 'Gotcha..the case is solved.'
What case? Which case? I had absolutely no idea.
He came closer to me and unlocked all my chains. I was scared at first when he said,
"You are (Y/n), right? L used to talk about you a lot."
Is he friend of L?
"Eto...Light won't be happy with what you're doing...he might hurt-"
I was cut off by his totally unexpected words.
"Light is dead now." my eyes widened in surprise. Really? Did my dream really come true?
"You are free now miss (Y/n)" he said as I stood up on my legs. My hands and legs got red marks due to those tight chains but I was finally free. And it seemed like I know what to do. I started walking towards door. It's been a while since I walked so I couldn't keep my balance perfectly. The wall supported me as I walked out of the room. I finally found what I wanted in kitchen. I took it in my hand which was a sharp night.
"I'm finally gonna see you L." I said as I stabbed myself hard.
"No..." I heard that white hair guy yell after me.
My body fell on the cold floor as my soul was standing still and I turned around to look at that certain person, L. I could see shocked expressions on his face as I walked closer to him. Our hands finally touched each other and our fingers interlocked.
