Max and I were both upfront. I'm the passengers seat.
In David's car
When David came in the car, you could tell he had been hit multiple times. "You guys can stay with me. If you want." We all sat in silence. "O-only if you want." Soon, Max jumped up and hugged David. He smiled. I looked at the ground. Suddenly, I felt David pull me into the hug. I felt tears leave my face. Tears of joy.
I was going to live with David and Max. Although it didn't seem as bad as Max made it sound. David gave me my own room, took care of Waddles, and signed me up for school. I wasn't legally  Max's sister. So we could still date. It was amazing. Soon, David married Gwen, and then.......
