Stripes covered the walls, making my eyes twist and cross. Pain shot across my head. I covered my eyes and rubbed them forcefully, my eye lids becoming white. A dull color stuck out in this multicolored room, brown. I looked around; I was in a big comfortable velvet chair across the room from the big bland door. The room seemed to be spinning, I hated it. Everything was wrong and it made me dizzy. I needed to get out. I stood, the room making me stumble forward and fall to my knees. I was in a new atire, black jeans and a clean white shirt, with normal new black sneakers. I wreaked of roses. I hated roses. I crawled to the door, not even attempting to walk in this phycopath of a room. The knob was big and shining, making it reflect off the room. I grabbed and twisted it in a hurry to get out. A cool breeze fluttered in and past me. I looked at the veil before me, everything stopped. The air was fresh and felt great in my lungs.
'click'
I spun around to see the way I had come, wasn't the way out. The door had disappeared. I muttered a few words that would normally have gotten me in trouble. The hairs on the back of my neck rose as I felt a breath on the back of my neck.
"Your.....not......from here........are you?" The voice made my shoulders feel light, my heart race. I turned again to see the setting completely change. Everything was now grim and dangerous feeling. A tall man stood before me. I couldn't say anything, my breaths becoming shallow and noisy. An alarm sounded, making me wince and hold my ears. Something warm and wet wrapped around my waist and picked me up, leaping away from an explostion near here we once were. "It's not safe..........never will.......never was." The voice gave me something to hide behind. The large male held me against what felt like a human chest, but there was something missing.........he wasn't breathing, nor was his heart beating. I grabbd the arm around me and twisted. I couldn't slide out of his grip. My ears were ringing along with the loud alarm, distracting me from my task. "Let go......Never to be found. Hold on.....will be broken." If he was implying I'd let him 'break me' he was badly mistaken.
"HELL NO. LET ME GO!" I shut my eyes and squirmed even more. Something dirty and rough was shoved into my mouth, making me gag and keep from yelling again.
"Must be quiet..........can't be found." I managed to keep from throwing up and looked around. Everything looked like it had been through hell. Or a nuclear war. Or both. The giant carrying me wasn't human at all. It looked like.....a bunny. That drew into the end. I screamed as much as I could until I suddenly fell into nothingness.
It was like having two rocks pressing against my brain. Ive never had a headache this bad. My side felt raw and stung when I moved. My legs were like lead, tied below my waist. Had I been through a blender?
"Ehy, he's gettin' up!" I flinched away from the loud voice, light seemed to be bearing past my eye lids.
"Fuck......."
"Musn't swear...mother might hear." Oh no. Not that guy. I jolted up and opened my eyes wide. Pain spiked through me, making me cry out in a weak and humiliating way. I closed my eyes again, unable to open them again.
"Cute one, ain't he? Was' yer name then?" Hands pressed me down against the soft bed. Tears stung my eyes. I was unable to answer. "Quiet now huh? You sure weren't quiet when I was healin' ya! Ya damn git...."
"Don't call him that you filthy animal!"
"I wouldn't be sayin' that to me." The voice growled.
"Mother coming.....have to leave!"
"W-Wait......" I croaked, opening my eyes slowly. The room was dim and hard to see through. I held my side, letting a few tears fall. "My names......my names......."
"He ain't rememberin' a thing. Let's go then." Arms slid under my knees and upper back. They were warm but in a motherly way. They were fuzzy. Soft. "Down to the tunnels, Mouse!"
"Mothers close...have to hurry!"
"March, the tunnels blocked! I can't get it!"
"I hear 'em White! Mouse, hide!"
The arms around me pressed me closer to its larger body. So this was Mouse holding me. The one that grabbed me earlier is White then there's March who 'healed' me. I could only see large shadows with shapes hanging off of them. I felt dull an numb. I couldn't think. Mouse slid under something and hid me in his arms. I curled into him, looking up. It was true. He really was a mouse. A giant mouse with clothes and golden eyes that shone. He didn't scare me though.
"Be quiet, alright. Mother can't see you."
