Chapter 7

Austin smiles down at you and pulls away smacking his hands together. "Well." He says. "Let's dig in!" He exclaims smiling down at his ice cream. A few minutes later, Alan comes back from the bathroom and sits down. Austin smiles and laughs. "You feel better man?" He smiles. "Oh yeah." Alan replies licking some ice cream off his spoon. You looked down at your ice cream, just mixing it as you blushed. You couldn't believe you and Austin almost kissed. You were with Andy, and you think that you loved Andy, but you had feelings for Austin also. You starred at the table, not paying attention to anything in your sight. You felt a push as you looked over at Austin when he nudged you. "Hey, Y/N, you okay?" He asks. You smiled and laughed. "Yes! I'm just fine." You smiled. You all finish up your ice cream as you stand up to throw your cup away.

You took a deep breath as you turned around in Austin's direction. He looked happy, a smile on his face. The sun was bright, so he had a pair of sunglasses on with a white no sleeve t shirt on, with blue jeans. You smirked when you looked at him as you put your hand on your head. "Hey Austin?" you questioned. "Yeah? What is it darling?" he asked walking up to you wrapping his arm around your shoulder. You set your head down on his shoulder and sighed. "I'm not feeling too well all of a sudden." You said sadly. He stepped back as you moved your head. "Was it about what just happened?" he asked looking you straight in the eyes. You sighed and looked down. "I'm sorry Y/N, I just thought we had a connection. I'm sorry I fucked everything up." he says as he starts walking away. Alan turned around from the trash smiling as he watched Austin walk away from you. "Austin, stop!" you exclaimed grabbing his hand pulling him to you. You wrapped your arms around him, as well as he did. You leaned back a little and looked at Austin. "You're an amazing guy, and to be honest, I feel a connection too, but I just can't right now." You say. Austin smirks a little and nods his head. "I understand." He says as he picks you up hugging you twirling you around. He sets you down as you smile. "You still wanna go?" he asks. You pull out your phone and look at the time. It was 3:56pm as you checked your messages. You haven't gotten anything from Andy, surprisingly. You shrugged your shoulders as you slid your phone back in your pocket. "I think I can stay a little longer." You say grinning. Austin smiles greatly at you as he looks at Alan. "What you guys wanna do?" Austin asks. "I'm down to just going back to the house." You laughed shrugging your shoulders. "Lets go!" Alan yells pumping his fist in the air marching. You laughed and shook your head, as you and Austin walked behind him walking back to the house.

You arrived at the house a few moments later, as you all entered the door. Phil had met all of you at the door as Aaron was coming out of the kitchen. "Hey guys! Your back early." he says as he takes a bite out of an apple. "Yeah, well I wanted to come back. Got a problem bro?" Alan says as he jumps at Aaron. Aaron laughs and pushes Alan. You smiled and shook your head as you walked into the living room saying "Behave children." smiling. You saw the stereo, as you walked over to it. You looked at the CD's that was beside it as you ran your finger down the line of CD's. You found Of Mice & Men's, Restoring Force CD as you opened it, turning on the stereo, sliding it in the CD player. You turned it up loud, as you turned up the bass. The boys just stared at you as you continued to play with the stereo. The first song that came on was, Would You Still Be There. You turned it up more as you turned around to the boys smiling. You started singing as you walked out to the patio. You turned around to find the boys dumb founded as you laughed. "Are you guys coming or not?" you yelled over the music. Austin snapped out of it and walked out on the patio with you, as well as the rest of the band joined. You smiled back at Austin as you slipped off your shoes, crossing your arms grabbing the bottom of your shirt, sliding it off, exposing your bikini top. You slid off your shorts, as your whole bathing suit came together. You turned around to see Austin staring at you as you started singing to him "if I could turn back time, would you still be there?" you sang as you jumped into the pool.
