Since this story has Storybrooke names and real names I thought I would give you a handy guide for who is who.
I will update this chapter guide as characters are introduced, so if you get confused you can check back here. But if you see a name you don't recognize stop reading because you wouldn't want to spoil it for yourself.
Characters you've meet before:
Pan
Storybrooke Name: Tom Macalison
Storybrooke Role: He's a high school drop out and the leader of a local teen gang that is feared by a lot of the town.
Fallon Smee
Storybrooke Name: Lucy
Storybrooke Role: She's a high school student and the subject of Tom's (Pan's) desire.
Characters you haven't meet:
Jack
Role: He's a jock and likes to bully those weaker than him.
Luke
Lost Boy Name: Slightly
Storybrooke Role: Former lost boy, now apart of Tom's gang and current second in command. He's very easy going and doesn't take Tom too seriously.
Max
Lost Boy Name: Nibs
Storybrooke Role: He's the little brother of a member of Tom's gang but acts as reigning little brother of everyone. He's the only member who hasn't dropped out of school.
Mark
Storybrooke Role: He's a member of Tom's gang. He's very into Science and as far as Pan's concerned he doesn't think Mark was ever a lost boy on the Island.
