After the bell rings for the end of 3 period I rush out of the door. I stand their waiting and of coarse Henley has to take his sweet time getting over to me. He obviously can tell this is killing me because he smirks and laughs at me. I roll my eyes and put my hand on my hip. "Yes?" I ask in a annoyed tone. "Feisty!" he says snapping his fingers, trying to imitate a popular girl. I roll my eyes. "Anyway, meet me in the parking lot after school, or else!" Henley demands. "Or else, what? Will we play checkers?" I ask while swaying my hips. Suddenly Henley presses against my shoulder and slams me against the wall," our else I will reject you!" His beautiful, unique eyes turn to a deep hatred black.

I nod my head and scurry to my locker. Maybe playing hard to get doesn't work for me... 'You don't say!' My wolf yells at me. 'Nobody asked you!' I scream at her. Later, I walk to my 5th period which is P.E. and I go change out. As soon as get in I find my friends, Nicole and Sasha. I tell them what happened. "So that's why you couldn't focus in class!" Nicole says having an ah-ha moment. "Huh? Was it really that noticeable?" I ask with a sense of alarm in my voice.

Nicole laughs,"yup! You were gawking at him the WHOLE time!" "Damn it!" I face palm myself. "You do know Henley is...." Sasha starts. "He's what?" I ask immediately. "Going to be the new Alpha." Sasha finishes. "He's the new Alpha!?!? I'm going to be Luna!!!" I squeal. "Unless he rejects you." Nicole says flatly. I glare at her. "Well, how's your luck with finding mr. mate?" I ask Nicole because she is 7 days older then me.

"Oh, I found him 5 days ago." Nicole says shrugging her shoulders. "AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME?!?!" I yell. Everyone stops and stares at me. "... that's why I didn't tell you." Nicole says while laughing. I cross my arms and look at the ground while doing a fake pout. "Now will you tell me?" I ask sounding very innocent. Nicole sighs. "Fine... it's Brian." she says looking at her feet. "Brian? As in ex-boyfriend Brian?" I ask sounding confused. Nicole sighs again,"yes..."

The rest of the day goes by so fast. Soon I find myself sitting in math class (my 7th period) with my eye on the clock. Then the bell hits 2:00. I rush out of class into the halls and see Henley leaning against his car (a pure black dodge charger). "How'd you get here so fast?" I ask him. "I skipped last period." he shrugs. I'm stunned because he's surprisingly not that kind of person. Henley pulls on the front of my dress causing me to move close to him," We are going to go to your house, get your stuff, and then your going to live with me." he says. "Um... I don't think s-" I start but am cut off by Henley kissing me. I kiss him back. He breaks away from, just in inch so he can speak. "Now get in the car, or I'll reject you!" he demands. I cross my arms and roll my eyes,"...Fine!"
