Jasmine's POV-

" jasmine?" i heard someone say as i picked at my food " JASMINE!" ezra yelled as i slid my plate to the side " you okay" he asked as i shrugged " i know what you need" he said taking my hand " and whats that?" i said as he kissed me " what are you doing?" i said snatching back " just fall into it forget everything" he whispered kissing me again i don't know what came over me but i couldn't stop as he pulled me onto his lap accidentally knocking the plate on the floor  as he picked me carrying me upstairs " wait wait!" i said as he almost dropped me " be careful" i said as he tossed me on the bed " i can't do this" i said getting up sitting on his bed " i love Sam" i whispered as he turned blood red and pushed me down " what are you doing!" i yelled as he covered my mouth " let me go!" i yelled biting him in the face as he screamed as i jumped up and made a run for it " get your ass back here" he yelled as i ran for the front door " fuck!" i screamed realizing it was locked so i ran and grabbed a knife " come near me and i'll kill you" i said as the front door opened " oh my god" i said seeing someone i thought was dead " Sam" i said as turned bright purple" get down!" Sam yelled but i couldn't move like my legs gave out  " AAH!" i yelled feeling something in the pit of my stomach " No!" someone yelled " Help me" i whispered hitting the floor when a blurry figure grabbed me 

Sam's POV-

" hey are you sure this is the house?" i asked Skate as he nodded when i heard a scream " call a medic we might need one" i said running up to front door when it was locked so i kicked it down " shh" i said to Jasmine " Sam" she said as i saw a guy with a knife " Get down" i yelled but she closed her eyes as he plunged it into her stomach " AAH!" she yelled grabbing his shoulder but she slipped and fell " NO!" i yelled punching the dude in his face grabbing Jasmine " Skate open the damn door!" i yelled as she cried shaking in my arms " Shh Shh it's okay- Skate come on!" i yelled as he opened the car door " what happened?!" he yelled crying as she locked eyes on me " i-i tried i-i d-did" she cried quietly " shh baby i know your gonna be- your gonna be alright" i said choking on my words.  " hey were here!" Skate yelled as i looked down to see her eyes were closed " J-jasmine" i said rubbing her face " Hey man- No" Skate said falling to his knees as he cried out sobbing " I-i'm sorry i drug you into this" i said as three doctors came with a stretcher and some police " Samuel Wilkinson" the officer said as i looked up " just get it over with" i said kissing jasmine's head handing her off to the doctors who rushed her inside " Samuel Wilkinson you are under arrest for association with the attempted murder of Jasmine Hernandez you have the right to remain silent anything you say can and will be used against you, you have the right to an attorney if you can not afford one, one will be appointed to you" the cop said putting Skate in cuffs too 

In Court-

" All rise for the honorable judge Taylor" the guy said as we all stood " case of Wilkinson V.S The state of California" the Bailiff said as i stood up and noticed Who was jasmines parents in the crowd glaring at me " How do you plead?" the judge asked me as i sighed " guilty" i said as my lawyer protested " Samuel you can't" " SHUT UP CARLOS" i yelled as i looked at the judge " can i make a statement" i said as he nodded " look your honor, jury, and Jasmine's Parent's i didn't kill Jazzy i loved that girl with all my heart but she got involved in my life the life of a criminal but believe i tried to save her i even planned to marry her someday" i said my voice cracking as i started to cry when her mom approached me " its okay" she said hugging me " well in that case a very sad and unfortunate one i here by sentence you Samuel Wilkinson to 5 years in a maximum security prison bail set at 20,000" the judge said as they cuffed me Skate got the same sentence
