"Where's everybody?" Yuu asked Mika while changing in his room. He just woke up after that fight from the 5th progenitor.
"Well, everyone was probably on the living room or outside taking patrol around this house." He answered.
"Maaan, that was a long sleep, Never thought I've been knocked out for 3 weeks" he said. "Did something happened while I'm knocked out?"
"Nothing in particular, probably." Mika said. "Are you done?"
"Probably? Yup I'm done" he said.
"Yeah, maybe it's just me who noticed it or its just that the others don't want to talk about" he said. They're now walking towards the living room
"About what?" He asked. He was waiting for Mika's answer when someone called him
"Yuu-kun!" Yoichi said. They're in the living room playing cards except for Shinya, Guren, Shinoa and Narumi.
"Oh, its good that you're awake, Yuu." Mitsuba said.
"At least, your vampire brother will stop freaking out why you're not waking up" kimizuki said as he drop his cards. " I win, Straight flush"
"I didn't freak out" Mika retorted amd glare at kimizuki which the lad just ignore.
"Where are the others?" Yuu asked.
"Not so fast Kimizuki kun" Shigure said and show her cards. " Royal straight flash"
"Tsk!" Kimizuki frowned.
Shigure then looked at Yuu. " If you are looking for Narumi kun, he is patrolling... Guren sama and Shinya sama went to... Look for Shinoa"
Everyone became quiet.
"Why? Did something happened to Shinoa?" He asked. He looked at Miku then to his team.
"Shinoa... Was acting weird" Mitsuba said and looked at the ceiling. "Even before the fight with that progenitor"
"Didn't you noticed, Yuu kun?" Yoichi asked. " that before the fight with the 5th progenitor, Shinoa san seems to be a bit to distant"
"She doesn't even sleep for the past days, I think" Kimizuki said.
Everyone looked at him.
"Every night I saw her on the library," he started. "I approached her one night to give her coffee and Leave her"
"What was she doing there?" Yuu asked
"Isnt it obvious, she's researching" Kimizuki stated. And gave Yuu a dont-make-me-state-the-obvious look.
"I know that! I mean, did you saw what was she researching?" Yuu asked
"Like I care, Im not like you who always puts his nose on others business" Kimizuki said.
"Why you...!" Yuu said and was about to go and strangle him.
"Ur saying that but ur also the first one who searched for her when she disappeared for the 1st time," mika said.
Kimizuki blushed a little. And 'tsked' to Mika.
"Is that true?" Yuu asked Mika. "Wait she disappeared?"
Mika nodded. "Yeah, he didnt even listen to Guren and move on his own, and eventually Yoichi and Mitsuba followed him"
"Of course Id do that because she is my captain" kimizuki ans.
"Kimizuki kun.." Yoichi said.
"Oh yeah, and who was the one who were really worried to Shinoa to the point that he shouted to her 'What the hell were you thinking? Everyone was worried about you!?' Huh?" Kimizuki argued and gave Mika a playful smile. "Isnt it you, Mika? Even though you didnt come with us, You waited at the gate.. You even treated her wounds."
