-Jordan pov- When I was in 8th about to go to 9th I was so convinced that high school would be just like the movies ... well I was wrong, people just made it seem that way. In high school there is no popular squad, everyone can be cool with anybody, I'm not saying everyone is buddy buddy because every time you turn around some girl is getting dragged by the hair or some dude getting punched to the floor. I know a lot of people and yeah I call them friends but there's only one person I'd go to for anything Jose, Jose and I have been best friends since I could remember, when 3rd grade hit Jose parents died in a car crash and my mom adopted him so not only was he my best friend but now my brother. Jose told me he was gay when 8th grade hit and I had no problem I was just happy he told me, we were supportive.
We are now in 12th grade I'm happy high school is almost over with, I'm just sick of seeing the same faces. Today was like any other day get up so I can do my daily routine. Then got dressed

I decided to keep it kinda simple. After I was done I wet my hair a little bit and laid my edges I liked letting my curls out first because they were beautiful to me not many people had curls like this and second I was to lazy to do anything else with it. After I was done I knock on jose's door
"You ready Jose?" He opened the door strutting out

"Okay Jose looking like a meallll" we laughed together Jose dressed like a boy he said 'dressing like a girl is to extreme' but the makeup showed he was gay
"I'm ready let's go baby" I laughed as we linked arms running down the stairs
"Good morning my children" I smiled and hugged my mom.
"Hi guys" a little voice said
"Aweee hey angel" Jose said in a baby voice picking up angel and spinning her around, her laughs filled the quiet room
"You two eat you have to leave in a few minutes here" we both nodded our heads and ate the food my mom cooked for us.
My alarm beeped I took my last bite before getting up.
"Bye mom love you, bye angel" and kissed her on her cheek
"Bye mom, bye angel" Jose said hugging mom
"Okay bye babies have a good day .. and Jose no trouble ,love you guys " he laughed
"Love you too" we ran outside and I drove us to school me and Jose shared a car we just took turns driving it.
When we got to school we went straight to the lunch room to just talk amongst our selfs. I looked over and saw Grayson, I liked him since 5th grade and I've known him since 2nd. I always thought he was a jerk in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th because he always pulled my hair and ran away, but when he stopped I started to like him.
His girlfriend minne walked past me bumping into me a little
"Sorry not sorry" her and her friends laughed
"'Sorry not sorry', go somewhere with that bs I don't have time for you" I laughed I wasn't about to let no girl talk to me reckless I let people know where i stand. She rolled her eyes and walked away
"I hate her" Jose said watching he walk away
"She doesn't deserve Grayson" I said as she walked up to him kissing him and then looking over at me. I rolled my eyes and turned to talk to Jose and the rest of my friends I felt eyes burning a hole on the side of my face I thought it was minne but when I turned I saw Grayson. He was just starring at me witch kinda made me uncomfortable, then he smiled and waved. I looked behind me then back at him and pointed at my self and mouthed 'me'. He laughed 'yeah' he mouthed back.
