Chapter 2 - // S E C R E T S //

Camila's Pov

I walked up to my room to get changed for the movie night. We're just going to lay on the couch the whole night, there's no reason to dress up all fancy. I throw on a t shirt that was folded on my dresser, it's probably one of the other girls. I throw on a pair of my sweatpants and let my hair down.

I pull up my shirt a little bit and pull my pants down a little bit and examine my him. Scars. Long white scars extending over my hip. I self harmed in three spots; my hips, thighs, and my upper arms. I did my upper arms so I can cover it better than I can cover my wrist. I told no one about my self harm, why should they take time out of there day worrying about me?

I walked down the steps and headed towards the living room. "You take so long to get ready chancho, it's unbelievable." Dinah said and laughed.

"Sorry," I smiled, "what movie are we watching?" I said back to her. "The purge." She said to me and smirked.

I rolled my eyes, "Oh, so I guess this is let's see how long it takes to scare the piss out of camila."

They all started laughing and Lauren spoke up, "Come on camz, it'll be fun, you can just hide yourself behind me the whole time like always."

I rolled my eyes and walked over Normani, Ally, and Dinah who had blankets and pillows all over the floor. I grabbed a blanket and sat next to Lauren.

It's already ten minutes into the movie and Lauren already has her arm around me and I'm hiding my face in her chest. Lauren and I are really close, we're like those best friends that can't keep there hands off each other, I guess? I never felt this type of friendship with anyone else. I want to be with her. I want to hug her and cuddle with her all the time. When I'm with her, I feel safe.

A pop up comes on the screen and I wrap my arms around and hide my face in her shoulder. She wraps her arms around me and pulls me closer and laughs. "Do you find me being scared, amusing?" I ask her sarcastically. "Yeah, you're really cute when you're scared." She says and laughs again. "I'm surprised you actually haven't started to cry yet." Ally turns around and says to me.

I smile up at Lauren, "Lauren makes me feel safe."

"Awwwwwwwwww." The girls say. "Watch it there chancho, I'm your best friend." She says and laughs. The girls all join in and we continue watching the movie.
