"Are you sure this will work?" asked Kaiden as he shut all the windows of his friend's huge apartment.
"Don't be stupid," scoffed Kody as he got the supplies ready for their activity.
"Een nobody ga dead right?" asked Allison who was sprinkling oil all over his body, "Ine ready to die yet."
"You een ga dead," exasperated Kody, "I saw this on youtube, everybody lived."
"Yall ga dead," said Alvarez as he shook his head in defeat. "Ine eve know why I came here."
"Yall shut up and come," said Kody as he took a big piece of chalk in which he had stolen from miss Maya's classroom and drew a pentagram on his hardwood floor. He then distributed a pin to everyone and told them to prick their finger, so as to draw blood.
"Bey, what type darkness are we doing?" shouted Allison in a scared voice as he awkwardly flailed his arms.
"I always know you was a punk," laughed Corin as he pricked his finger.
"One mind tell me don't come here," sighed Summer as she too pricked her finger.
Kaiden pricked his finger without a word, because deeeeeep in his heart he knew that Kody would throw a fit anyway and probably have a fit if he didn't play along with his silly game.
Alvarez prayed the Lord's prayer as he pricked his finger and Allison sighed, hoping that he didn't die.
"Okay, everyone, put your blood in the middle and stand on the circle," ordered Kody with a grin. "And close your eyes as I say the chant.
"Bey you sad aye?" asked Allison in shock, "Why you learn a chant?"
"Shut up bey! Now, next to you, you have a tin of Morton's salt, a candle and a match. You have ten seconds after the chant to light your candle and you will stay alive. If your candle comes out, you have to draw a circle of salt around you and you have ten seconds to relight your candle. If you don't HE will find you. Oh, and you have to keep moving. The game ends as the sun rises. NO LIGHTS ARE TO BE TURNED ON." enlightened Kody. "Now shut up and listen." He cleared his throat, and in a weary and ominous voice, he whispered, "Our blood we offer, come inside, and come play. We are in the dark in the night, come and get us while you can. I dare you, skin walking man."
"Uh, uh," said Allison as he turned to go to Kody's front door. "I out." He touched the door handle and suddenly pulled his hand back in shock. "Bey the doorknob cold. Kody, what kind of..."
Allison suddenly went quiet.
"Yall, hurry up and light yall candles!" shouted Kody at the others.
Everyone struck a match and lit the candles to reveal a ten feet man with no eyes, a long skinny nose, and a carved mouth standing over Allison. His clawed hand trailed the length of Allison's arm. Suddenly, the sound of water hitting the hardwood floor echoed throughout the room, causing Kody to snap out of his trance.
"Allison, the salt," he whispered. "Throw the salt at him."
Allison, now standing in a puddle of his own pee, was still stuck in his horrified trance and failed to act on Kody's instructions. Fortunately, for him, Summer had snapped out of her trance and threw salt at the skin walker who let out a loud screech and disappeared.
"Let the game begin," whispered Kody as he turned and left the group stunned.

*BANG* *CRASH*
"OHHHHH MYYYYY GAWSHHH!" screamed Kaiden as he clutched his chest. The others two clutched their chests as well, seeing as the noise had startled them.
"Guys, what's that sound?" nervously asked Summer.
"Sound? I don't hear a sound," said Corin as he tried to keep his macho facade up. "This is only Kody messing around."
*Thump...Thump...Thump*
The group turned to the hardwood stairs slowly. Their eyes widened as a tiny blue speaker made its way down the stairs. They all looked at it strangely, then it started to play classical music.
"Oh heck Naw!" screamed Corin as he bolted. Suddenly, his candle went out. His heart thumped wildly as he thought of what Allison went through just a few minutes before.
"Draw the circle," whispered Summer as she slowly backed up with her candle. She turned around to see Kaiden, Allison and Alvarez gone, leaving her and Corin together. She watched as Corin fumbled with his candle, salt and matches, and she cringed as all of his matches fell to the ground and scattered.
"Sorry, Corin," she whispered and turned to leave.
"Summer," he screamed, "Don't leave."
Summer only sucked in a sharp breath and continued to leave, reflecting on how she never got to have that one last kiss from her beloved Corin.
"No!" cried Corin. "Help me! HELPP MEEEE!!!!!!"
