Chapter 3

Eren's P.O.V

After the encounter with Levi last night I don't know how I feel. I still love him, but what happened in the past. That's what keeps me from moving on.

I walk to the café where I see Mikasa and the others working. "Mornin Kasa." I say yawning. She turned and grinned. "Morning Ren!" She said.

I grinned at the nickname she gave me. "Hey you need any help?" I asked. She nodded. "Yeah actually. Annie and I are gonna go visit her family. So do you mind taking over the register for a few days?" She asked.

I shook my head. "Nah I don't mind. Be careful and tell Annie I said hi." She nodded and walked out. I put on the apron. I see Armin walk over towards me.

"Hey Ar how have you've been?" I ask. He looks up at my voice. "Eren is that you?!" He asked surprised. I nodded and grinned. He pulled me into a hug. I pulled away with a grin.

"How long has it been since I saw you?" Armin asked. "It had been about two years or so." I say. Looking down. He nods in understanding. I sigh. "Well I'd love to stay and chat but I have to get back to Erwin." He says. I wave goodbye.

(Time Skip)

I find myself walking to Hanji's bar. I somehow find this place my get away place. I arrive at the bar moments later. She walks up to me and hugs Me. "What are you singing tonight?" She asked
  
    I shrug and smile as I make my way backstage. I walk out onstage while the music starts

I walk in the bar when I hear a familiar song and voice. I look up and see Eren. Onstage singing the song I heard on the radio. His eyes meet mine. I quickly look away.

   I take a seat at the bar and order a drink. I feel someone take a seat beside me. I look over and see Eren beside me. "What do you want?" I ask.

   He shrugs. "That's kinda rude of you. But oh well.." He said. I huff and order drink after drink. At this point I know I was wasted.

   I felt someone tap me on my shoulder. "Levi. I think it's time for you to go home you're drunk." That voice was Eren's. I shrug him off and walk onstage. As the music starts I start to sing.

The best thing about tonight's that we're not fighting It couldn't be that we have been this way before I know you don't think that I am trying I know you're wearing thin down to the core
