I woke up to the smell of Rihmeek's strong cologne so i got up, slipped my robe on and went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth and washed my face. After i finished i looked in the mirror and ran my fingers through my hair. In the corner of eye i saw my baby daddy standing in the door way with a sexy black suit on. "You like what you see?" I said while twirling my fingers in my hair. "Hell Yeah But I'm mad at you" he said while walking away. Then i remembered last night. I giggled. "Aweee I'm sorry babyyyy" i cooed and wrapped my arms around his neck. "Nah Nah i got to go to work move Nic" he moved me out of the way but i got right back in front of him. "What no! Stay home with me.." i pouted. "Why are you staying home?" He asked grabbing his watch off the dresser. "Because i wanted to relax in the comfort of my own home with you." I walked up behind him and rubbed my hands up and down his chest and abs. He turned around and looked me in my eyes. "I'll be back at 1:00 okay? Just for you, then we can do whatever you want" he kissed my forehead then headed downstairs i followed him and I'm guessing he didn't hear me because he started mumbling shit. "You talking shit ?" I said while standing at the end of the steps. He jumped so hard i wanted to crack up but i had to keep my serious face on. "Damn girl why you sneaking up on me and shit" i rolled my eyes and walked to the fridge to get some apple juice. "Get out my house Rihmeek" he just stood there looking at me. "Now nigga I'm not playing with you bye." I said while waving him off. He sighed and left through the garage door. He always trying to call me annoying, like you're annoying, if i say leave i want you leave. He always taking me as a joke. I heard a knock on the front door and figured it was Rihmeek, but he has a key? I peeped my head around the corner and saw it was my babyyyy Lisa , i ran to the door and opened it. "Babyyy and my lil babyyy" i cooed because she had her baby girl Nya on her hip. "Give me my God child" i said with my hand on my hip. "Well Good morning to you too Nic, i was just heading to drop Nya off at her Grandmas and then head to work, but i was like maybe Nic still home and i know you haven't seen her in a minute so here she is" she said while handing her to me. I started smothering her with kisses. I turned around and started walking towards the couch with Nya. Lisa closed the door and followed me. "So why you not dressed for work?" "I'm not going in today I'm going to work from home." I said while sitting down. "What nooooo who am i going to complain to when Lisa gets on my nerves." She starting stomping her feet. I just looked at her crazy. "Just go in my office and call me and we can talk about it." I said while bouncing Nya on my lap. "No it's not going to be the sameee." I just kept playing with Nya, this girl is so over dramatic but they love complaining about me being "over dramatic". Her phone started ringing and She looked down at it then answered it. "Yes Vanessa how can i help you?" I laughed Lisa so petty. "No i don't know if Nicole is coming in to work, actually she's right here, here you can talk to her" she gave me her phone and i almost karate kicked it to the wall but i had Nya in my hands so i just grabbed it. "Hello" "Nicole it says here you come in every morning at 7 but it's 7:44 and you're not here, why is that?" Okay first off all mind your business sis and second I'm grown if i want to be late or not come in then i can do that. "I'm working from home today, is that a problem?" "Yes we have a meeting today at 8 to discuss the cover for the fall issue." "Oh well just face time me on my work laptop, i have it with me." "Okay ill call you at 8" "Alright" i chunked Lisa her phone hoping it hit her hard. She flinched and flicked me off. "Yes I'm on my way, alrighty bye" she hung up then glared at me. "This is so not fair, I hate you i should leave Nya here with you as pay back" she said while walking to the door "Oh no miss ting, as much as i love my God baby i can't watch her, i have a lot to do today, just because I'm home doesn't mean i get a break from working." I handed Nya to her and kissed her cheeks. Lisa looked at me in shock "Okay where's my goodbye kiss?" I rolled my eyes and kissed her cheek "Bye Lis" i opened the door and let them out then i waved goodbye as they drove away. I went back inside and went down the hall to my office and grabbed my laptop and sat on the couch. I was waiting on Vanessa's call so i decided to turn on Netflix to watch Riverdale. I looked at the time and it was 7:58 and right when i looked down she was calling me. I answered. "Okay so i was thinking we could go with a reddish brown color as the background and have the models pose by like a tree or some leaves or something what do you think?" I asked not looking at her because i knew it was just going to be awkward and defeat my purpose of wanting to work from home today. "I actually already picked out the background, set pieces, i just needed you to get in touch with the models" "Oh well Lisa handles that type of stuff for me i just handle the budget set and clothing and articles, i already got the articles done Lisa has them on file if you want to scheme through it." "Okay nice well i guess that sums up everything for now" she said. I swear i was fake looking through papers the whole time because i didn't want to look at her or i would think about what happened last night. "What are you looking for?" She asked. Fuck... "Um nothing, just making sure everything's here." I half smiled so it wouldn't seem so obvious that i was trying to avoid eye contact. "So are you enjoying working from home?" "Uh yeah it's nice and quiet." I looked up at her and instantly regretted it she stared right back at me. "Well you're dressed cozy" she said while smiling. Then i realized i had my Robe on with nothing under it but my bra glad she could see anything below my chest. I covered my chest. "Keep your eyes on mine ma'am" i said "With pleasure" she started staring at me and i couldn't look away. I just knew if we were in person i would've lost my breath because the feeling i got from her just looking at me through a screen was nerve wrecking. "Can you meet me somewhere ?" "What!? No why?!" I semi yelled "Come on somewhere secluded it'll be nice just the two of us." I gave her a confused look and she was smiled. That smile.. "Ok" slipped out of my mouth before i could think. She turned her head pointed to her Bluetooth ear piece, so she was on the phone. I felt so stupid, it made sense though why would she invite me to a secluded place with her she barely knows me. I'm guessing she was off the phone now because she was grinning . "Nicole I'm flattered that you thought i was talking to you" "Are we done here i have other things i need to do." "Like what ?" i rolled me eyes. "Something that doesn't involve you, now bye." "I had a lot of fun last night too Nic." I paused and my heart started beating fast. "Uh" i couldn't find any words to say, so she just smiled at me and ended the FaceTime call. I'm so confused on what's going on. I went upstairs and took a shower and put on some lounging clothes and put on a little bit of makeup just in case Rihmeek wanted to take me out today i wouldn't have to do much but get dressed. After that i laid down and took some selfies. I put my phone on the night stand and got comfy to take a quick nap, until i was interrupted by a text message from Vanessa. I looked over at my phone and read what she said.

Is she serious right now? I didn't even reply, no woman has ever came on to me like this. Lis might call me Bae and stuff but we both like men and we both have boundaries. Rihmeek needed to hurry up and get home, because when I'm alone i think a lot about unnecessary things and right now me handling the Vanessa situation was the only thing on my mind. She's never going to let it go that i moaned her name on accident. Im not even going to front the feeling she gave me was indescribable. I can't tell Rihmeek he's going to flip that i didn't tell him last night. I felt tears threatening to fall, i loved Rihmeek we've been together for 3 years now, our relationship was built on trust, i didn't trust him to save my life. But he never gave up he made sure his actions spoke louder than his words. Thats why I'm about to cry because now I'm the one who can't be trusted.
