I wake up to the sound of something banging on my front door and I sit up quickly as I grab my gun and slowly walk towards the door, I unlock the door and quickly open it and it's the man from my office "Jackson! Oh thank god your alive." He says with relief,
"Tommy? What are you doing here?" I ask.
"Because the roads that I use to get home are blocked, and the roads that lead here aren't..." He explained and I let him in and locked the door behind him.
"We can't stay here..." Tommy says sounding sad.
"Why?" I ask and he turns to me "The military is killing people... They killed everyone at the office...shot them, and they weren't even infected... I managed to get out alive, but I'm never gonna be able to forget what I saw in there..." He says, sounding very sad.
"Are you saying they are gonna kill people in there homes?" I ask
"Yes" he says as he looks down at his feet.
After about an hour of backing stuff we might need for surviving, we get in my car and drive north toward Hark, which is about 350 km from Kin.
"Do you think we are gonna be more safe in Hark?" Tommy asks
"I don't know..." I say while keeping my eyes on the road
Then there is the sound of another car and I turn my head to the right and see a four wheel drive with side armour on the sides and a ramming grill on the front heading straight towards us, "Fuck!" I try to turn to turn left but I was too late and the armoured car collided with the right side of my car, knocking me and Tommy unconscious.
