THE WOLF INFESTATION

A/N: There shouldn't be much - if not any - author's notes in this story. This a/n will most likely be deleted later on.

This is not my first completed or published draft on Wattpad. The others have been taken down because I was unhappy with them. They were written about two years ago and it might take two more years before I even think about opening them up again. I'd like to consider them a phase. I felt that I needed a 'new start' so I created a new profile just because. My main account is NikiRomano

To avoid cringing at this draft if I ever finish it, I decided to take things slow. After two years of writer's block, I picked out one of the many plots I have written down and I decided to work with this one.

Keeping in mind that I am taking things slow, The Wolf Infestation will only be focusing 'plot detail' and 'dialogue'.

Plot detail because I need to make sure that the story always adds up in the end. I don't want to kill off 'Bob' in chapter two and he's dating a side character by chapter 10.

I want to improve on my character dialogue. I want the reader to pick up an accent by just reading what the character said. I want the reader to be able to effortlessly follow the storyline through dialogue and little character narration without it having to be explained otherwise.

With that being said, you will notice that there are barely any descriptions. The reader might not even know what the main character looks like in the end. I want the reader to be able to pick up on the little things without thorough description - but instead through the undertones of dialogue. The same thing applies for character development - there will be none of that. My characters won't go along repeating that their favourite colour is black and that they like sunsets. This project isn't focusing on character development, instead on how well I can untangle the plot without confusing the reader. This is meant to be a short read, but sometimes my story pace tends to be off. I want to fix that.

I have goals for this story and the point of putting this draft up here was for reader-writer feedback.
