Forget everything

Chapter three

"No Miss Morgan." Doctor Shen told me sadly. "Please that's all I got!" I cried. Alice held out her piggy bank and I squeezed Alice and kissed her on the fore-head. Polly sighed and looked away from me. "Please if I were to cover it I would have to give in the money to take the girls to College!" Alice sobbed and Polly pulled her closer to her.
Doctor Shen took off his glasses and I looked at him in the eyes. Though my vision was blurry I still saw his eyes through my barrier of tears. He shook his head and we drove home that afternoon in the car with nothing but silence.

"Mum?" Polly asked. "Yes sweetheart?" I asked, stiffening my voice. "Am I going to die?" I said nothing. My mind went blank and Alice sat in the seat next to me wiped her eyes. "No of course not." I told her. Polly sighed and kept on texting on her phone. "Mum, Jessica wants to come over tonight." In my mind I screamed no. But these next few months may be Polly's last so without thinking I said "sure." My stomach kicked me and yelled at me to tell her what I was going to say. But I said nothing.

That night came and i heard a knock at the door. I opened it to see a tall girl eating gum and on her phone. "Your not Polly." She said in a disgusting tone. "I'm Morgan. Her mother." She rolled her eyes and put her phone in her pocket. "Well, are you going to let me in?" She pushed me aside and she walked into the house. Her high-ponytail swisher in my face and she walked into Polly's room. Dinner came and I sat down with my home-made pizza. Alice dug in and smiled brightly at me and thanked me. Polly cut it with a knife and fork and ate small chucks one at a time.

But Jessica just sat there pushing it away. "Why aren't you eating?" I asked her gently. "I'm in a diet and plus it's not vegan or vegetarian" I scrunched up my nose in hatred and took a big breath in. "It's fine. I will just get you a small vegetable salad." She scrunched her nose up and rolled her eyes. She didn't eat the salad either. Alice slept in my room that night because she was pushed out of Polly's because of Jessica.

Morning came and I got up early to get the girls McDonald's. since they deserved it. The time I got back they were watching television. I gave them all their seperate box and Jessica looked at Polly as she was about to bite into a chicken nugget. Polly noticed Jessica looked at her and later it back down in the box and gave it to Alice. I had up too here with this girls behaviour. I was going to give Jessica a piece of my mind.
