I stayed in my room doing my homework while listening to music. One earpiece hung loose on my right ear while I wore the left one. Listening to music calm me down. But these past days I've seen the same disturbing dream. A little girl gets hit by a black car. I keep seeing the same scenario over and over again. The dream tortured me. It hurt. Days became nightmares.
It scares me. It's painful to watch. I wonder how it feels?
Shrugging those thoughts away I gulped down a bottle of cold water. The image of the girl lying in the pool of blood flashing now and then. Thinking that a little fresh air can help me with this terrible dream, I head outside.
I walked around the park a little bit before deciding to go home. I walked along the streets, earphones plugged on. My body froze as I caught a glimpse of a black car pace fast towards a girl walking in front of me, turning into a corner.
She was going to hit but the only difference I could move. I let my feet carry me. I pushed the girl out of the way. I smiled at the confused girl who sat there on the road wondering why I pushed her.
But my smile didn't last long.
The right side of my body screamed in pain as I felt myself lift in the air.
My body collided with a hard surface as I sighed last time on the earth.
