six;

he held his cheek when he felt the arrow fly past. he felt blood slowly ooze out onto his fingers.

he ran to the car with irene and looked over at her. "my dad is a police officer, wait here. i'll call him."

irene's blank expression did not change as she opened the car door and stepped into the vehicle. he ran to the phone booth and turned around to see the five girls standing on the balcony.

he narrowed his eyes and looked at the car. irene stared at him from the passenger seat with the same blank face.

he shook his head and slapped himself once. "i'm hallucinating." he mumbled before grabbing the phone. he took the quarters from his pocket which were supposed to be for change and put them into the slot.

he punched the numbers and looked up at yeri worriedly. she held the bow up to her eye and steadied it to fire again.

he felt knees weakening and shrieked. he held his knee, wincing at all the sudden pain. then he collapsed.

he rolled over and noticed the posters on the side of the phone booth.

"dozens of missing delivery boys?" he read it loud and widened his eyes. he heard the car door slam and the sound of heels clicking together getting louder and louder.

"wake up, bro." he furrowed his eyebrows. "wake up, it's almost closing time!"

he blinked once and the sky faded, it was was replaced with a white ceiling. he looked around and saw his friend in his uniform shirt.

"you must have had one hell of a dream." he chuckled. "anyways, here. you have one more delivery before closing time."

he handed him a small sheet of paper. "for red velvet."
