Where were you when I needed,
Why were you never there when i needed you,
I can't keep pretending that it's all okay
You were supposed to be there, but you weren't
You were supposed to be the one to pick me up when I was down, tell me i'm beautiful while others put me down.
Tell me i'm worth it, you should've been there.
When you were there, you were a stranger, you still are a stranger.
You want a relationship with me that I can't have because it's too late.
You waited too long
You lost your chance
I'm all grown
And i'm doing just fine
Mom did fine raising me on her own
But now i'm grown
And I don't need you.
