The weight is heavy like a mountain
It crushes my soul I ascertain
It envelopes my every thought
And so my every move
I can't reason
I can't understand
If this is love, I bet it's a disease
My mood swings and my emotion wanes
I can't focus , I can't keep calm
He's there , he is here
He is far but yet so near
He hasn't said a word yet so verbose

I make a self dialogue like a psychopath
I entertain my thoughts with scenarios
I envision myself smiling with a cheerio
I imagine what he would say
And I feel the impact with pain
Because I know it's all in vain
But yet I aim high to no gain
If this is love,then it's surely a disease
I close my eyes and he's never gone
I turn around and he's right there
In my thoughts and reality
And now I can't distinguish them with certainty
I need a cure but am scared
For I may heal or be scarred
