The kiss was small and quick, but it was soft and sweet. Kurt finally realized what he had done, and pulled away, blushing.

"I'm-I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that," the man couldn't look at Courtney, he was scared of her being angry.

"Don't apologize."

The room, which was previously spinning around, halted, and Kurt looked up to the smirking girl. "What?" he whispered.

She laughed slightly, biting her lip, and stood up, straightening out her dress then slinging her purse across her chest.

Connecting her eye contact with Kurt, Courtney gave him a bemused look, "come on, walk me home. I don't feel safe going home alone."

Although her words were slurred, there was a definite flirtatious aspect to it.

Kurt didn't need her to say anything else. He hopped up from the stool, falling slightly, and followed Courtney, who already started walking out of the club.

"Hey, uh, Court!" The blond caught up to her in the side walk, and Kurt finally got a good look at her in the streetlights. Her streaked makeup brought out the sharpness in her grey eyes. She was wearing red lipstick, but unlike his Courtney, this one's was a deep red.

But his Courtney wasn't a thought in Kurt's mind.

"Let's take my car."

Courtney's laugh was sweet, and her hand went up to his cheek, rubbing it with her thumb softly, "you're drunk. I don't want to die tonight."

Her hand slipped from his face and she turned back around and began walking. Kurt began after her, struggling to keep her pace.

"Don't worry, lover boy," Courtney stopped and looked at him, "my house isn't that far."

As their muffled steps down the wet sidewalk echoed down the street, Kurt stuffed his hands into his pockets, his mind racing with thoughts.

After walking in comfortable silence for a bit, Courtney stopped in front of a row of townhouses and began digging through her bag.

Smiling, she pulled out some keys and began working on the door lock. She worked slowly, but she finally got it open.

Swiftly turning around, she meet his face, an inch away, and smiled. Her eyes grazed his lips and swiftly met back up to his blue ones.

"C'mon lover boy," she whispered, her hot breath covering his face, "let's go inside."
