Mrs Norris is the pet cat of Argus Filch, the caretaker of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Mrs Norris is described as having an unusually strong connection with her master, alerting him to any students misbehaving inside the school grounds. She is described as appearing almost the same way as Filch, with bulging yellow, lamp-like eyes, a scrawny, skeletal body and dust-coloured fur.

A/N: The only reason I'm suggesting this one is because of an article I read online. Mrs. Norris shows up on the Marauders Map, but pets don't. So, that begs the question of what she is. A human disguised as an animal? Or maybe a human stuck as an animagus?
