Every 2 years or so all the wizard guilds send a couple of wizards (a couple from each guild that is) to the magic council headquarters to complete any extra paper work and damage charges and letters of apologies etc bc you know they are all a bit destructive. Anyway it normally takes a week or two but for fairy tail it normally takes a month or more. And the FMA characters got transported into the FT universe somehow (I ain't tellin') and have become a military guard thingy whilst the magic council is working out how to get em home. Also I know my grammar here is appalling but I can't be bothered the actual fic will be better. Alright that's all you need to know I think. Enjoy~
