Chapter 2: New Found Love

Location: Sav's House

'Ugh Monday', complained Savannah to her mother. Her brother Oli was still fast asleep, likely dreaming about his boyfriend, Kyle. Jacob would often knock on their door in the morning, to come in and help them with their revision, they were a couple years younger than him. However to Savannah's surprise, Jacob hadn't arrived yet, which is extremely unusual. It was rumoured Jacob had a crush on Sav years ago, though that died out when he came out as bisexual. Concerned, Sav attempted ringing Jacob; no answer. BANG! The bedroom door slammed, signifying Oli had awoken, 'MUM MUM MUM, WHERE'S MY BAG GONE, MUM!', he screamed. 'Well I dunno do I?', replied mum in an angry tone. Moments later, Oli was running down the stairs, eager to find his bag, he searched around the house, turning everything upside down; no luck. 'IT'S NOT FAIR', he once again screamed, desperate to find it. Savannah, worried about Jacob sneaked out of the house, leaving Oli behind with their mum.

'Ugh, where is he?', groaned Sav. Slowly becoming impatient, she sent a text to Jacob, moaning that he can walk to school himself. 'NO', said Oli out of no where, 'MUM SAID DON'T WALK ALONE', he commanded. Sav agreed, and they walked to school together. Oli, unaware of the situation with Jacob bragged to Sav about his date with Kyle. However clearly she had more on her mind, and her reply would simply be 'yeah', or 'cool'. They arrived early to school, missing their usual morning revision session with Jacob.

Location: Brixford College

'I swear to god this is bullshit now!' complained Nikki, pacing around the girls toilets. Nikki had just had a massive argument with her ex boyfriend, and was furious. Sav entered the toilets laughing with her friend Katie, they stumbled upon Nikki. Nikki let them pass; she isn't very close to the 2, however knows them through her best friend Jacob. Nikki smiles at them, and walks out the toilets, embarrassed about being caught so angry. Katie was known to be a mischievous girl, Sav on the other hand liked to behave, and keep out of trouble. However due to Savannah's anger from earlier, she decided to join in with Katie smearing lipstick down the mirrors. The two giggled and ran out, unknown to them the assistant headteacher walked in after them; they would be in big trouble.

Ring Ring, rang the bell for first lesson, just as the classroom were settled, a loud bang was heard in the hallways. Curiously, Miss Jones stepped out, and to her surprise it was Jacob; late, again. He was clearly annoyed, and just punched the wall, she let him in without question. 'You got anything to say?' Jacob demanded, walking towards Katie. 'Problem?', she said without a care, chewing her gum. 'Big problem', he replied, signalling her to come outside the classroom. This attracted the attention of the class, who started whispering between each other. Jacob proceeded to stick his middle finger up, and allow himself and Katie out the room. 'Why', asked Jacob. 'Come again?', questioned Katie, clearly not in the mood to talk. 'Don't give me that shit Katie, YOU know exactly what I'm on about, now tell me, why?' Katie, not interested walked back into the classroom, which aggravated Jacob. He punched the wall once again, now injuring his hand to the point of bleeding. 'FUCKING DONE, he screamed, running out of the college.

Lunchtime arrived, Katie sat with her friends Ellie, Emily, Vicki and Mollie. They were known in their year as the 'populars', strangely Katie was a year older than the other 4, but that wasn't a bother to them. They sat in their usual spot by the astro pitch, checking out guys. Ellie specifically checked out a young, cute, brown haired boy called Dave. It's rumoured Ellie has a big crush on Dave, but is worried to tell him, he's in the same year as Katie as well. 'Oh shit girls, look at his arse, oh my god!' exclaimed Emily, with a big smile on her face, causing all 5 to glare at the lower areas of Dave's brother, James. 'Nah, not my type', said Ellie, glancing back over to Dave.

'Katie and Savannah Navet to Mr Franco's office immediately!' They knew exactly what they were being called for, but it didn't matter, seeing Mr Franco would be worth it to them. His pungent manly smell, silky smooth blondish, brown hair, his crystal blue eyes, glamorously tall, fit figure, but not forgetting his absolutely adorable smile, they loved it. The two tried to hold back giggles whilst walking to his office. Sav brought up not seeing Jacob, causing Katie to roll her eyes, and point at a hole in the wall. 'WOAHHH, he done that?', 'he sure did'. Sav was too busy thinking of Mr Franco to really care however. The two hear a noise behind them, causing them to quickly glance backwards, it was Jacob pulling Will into the toilets. 'Interesting', Katie said to Savannah, whilst winking.

Knock knock, 'Mr Francooooo', sang Katie. The door swung open, causing Savannah to bite her lip. 'You know why you're here, ladies', he says, pointing to the 2 seats. 'Now then', he lifts his finger, lipstick is visible on his finger. 'Anything you want to say to me?', he questions. Katie starts laughing uncontrollably, Sav is clearly trying to hold back giggles too. Mr Franco slams his fist on the table, 'oh I do love you mad sir', Katie says, 'want to repeat that, Miss Navet?' asks Sir, 'it's chill sir', replies Katie. Mr Franco didn't look amused, he put them both down for an after school detention on Friday, causing Katie to say 'not bothered'.

Once school finished for the day, Katie and Sav walked to McDonald's together, expressing their love for Mr Franco together. Jacob's location was yet again unknown, however it can be assumed he was somewhere with Will. 'Did you see what I saw?', asked Sav, 'yeah yeah I did', Katie says, 'you think they're going out?' she asks, 'probably, who holds a guys hands dragging him into the toilets?', Sav says. They both giggle, whilst applying their lipstick.

Dear Diary, I'm so happy like oh my god!!! My crush Jacob just asked me to go out with him, AAH!! Yeah, it was like so fucking weird ya know, he was passin' notes round the class, one said he wants me in bed, ain't he just so cheeky. Then he dragged me into the toilets, and asked me out! I started liking him last year, he's so cute, a little shy, but so adorable, I love him but never told him. Bummer tho, broke my Nokia the other day so can't text him, okay but secretly I do stalk his Facebook account, I'm so scared to message him though!
